Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Classic chain smoothie place. The cashier was bizarre and extremely awkward. Smoothies were good but we had a wrap that was a little off. It had hot lettuce in it which is never a good thing.

Stop going here due to employees butchering my meal constantly. Always an attitude when i order. The small girl with glasses needs to be fired ASAP. She has her phone in her hand as she is taking you're order barely pays attention, is rude. Do your self a favor go to the new location on little creek. Every single worker there is nice, always gets my order right and doesnt take 30 min to make it!

The girl taking my order behind the counter was so rude and dismissive. Literally barely spoke up and seemed irritated I was ordering even though they didn’t close for over another hour. She also had her headphones in while taking orders. My friend and I said thank you and have a good day and she ignored us both times. When I asked for the bathroom code she mumbled something under her breath, I said “excuse me?” because I didn’t hear her then she said in an irritated tone “The bathroom is closed for the night” and immediately turned her head away without any explanation. Not sure why they closed the bathroom over an hour before the store closes. Overall she was just rude and dismissive to my friend and I and it was just terrible customer service.

I ordered the super green Caesar salad and did not like it. It was too basic for the price. Also I was not given enough dressing for my salad by the portion size that came with the order.

I made a pickup order, I came in a bit early however still didn’t receive my food by the promised time on the app. Most employees were standing around while I waited. I receive my food and it wasn’t even hot, yet alone the bacon didn’t even feel cooked. This place needs to do better.

They need to clean out the refrigerator or get a new one. Every time I order warm food like the breakfast wraps the food taste like freezer burn. Happened again today it has the WORST after taste. Please fix this issue. I had the Eggs, cheese and bacon breakfast wrap.

Everything I ate up until this point has been delicious. But today I wanted to try the Jerk Chicken wrap, and it wasn't nothing jerk about it. It didn't have any heat, nor was the taste pallet close to anything jerk, it tasted more like bbq sauce. It just wasn't what I expected at all, everything else was good

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and they only put maybe like two drops of buffalo sauce in it… It tastes like plain white chicken and has soggy lettuce. I used to love tropical smoothie but they’ve gone downhill the past few years.
