Everything I ate up until this point has been delicious. But today I wanted to try the Jerk Chicken wrap, and it wasn't nothing jerk about it. It didn't have any heat, nor was the taste pallet close to anything jerk, it tasted more like bbq sauce. It just wasn't what I expected at all, everything else was good

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and they only put maybe like two drops of buffalo sauce in it… It tastes like plain white chicken and has soggy lettuce. I used to love tropical smoothie but they’ve gone downhill the past few years.

Tropical smoothie is an interesting place this place looks newly remodeled very comfortable environment friendly staff
The food was good, staff pleasant.. however, the restroom was not locked, had no toilet paper and there were cigar ashes all over the toilet seat & inside the toilet!

Staff is friendly and the food is GREAT. Plenty of seating, and even though the cafe was busy, we were able to sit and chat, catch-up and linger over our smoothies and wraps.

This location needs to put online orders at the front. Every time I come in, all.of the employees just stare at me without helping. Ive even tried to get their attention and they flat out ignore me! The only way to get my online order is to go in line at the register and wait for everyone else to make their order before someone helps me. I'd go to another location if the next one wasn't so far away.Edit: As I was making this review online, the people ahead of me put their order in at the register and got theirs completed before mine. Now I see putting on an online order for here is completely useless. It saves zero time.
This location… Is not the best . It’s the closest to where I work so I come here, but orders typically take longer, or have more missing items compared to other locations around the city. It’s also dirty every time I visit. I know it’s 2023 and every restaurant is suffering from staff issues and “quiet quitting” ; but we can do better.

Tropical Smoothie in Vabeach so much better, cleaner and you pay about 3 dollars less for exact same items. Also customer service here sucks less then a minute I asked to swith up my sandwich they refused wasn't even much of a difference just no rice this place is worst T.S ever

I just an online order and went to pick it up and the gentleman through my food on the counter to the point where bag opened, and the food came out leaking on the Bag. I asked if it could be remade, and they remade it however, than a girl threw it on the counter, slamming the food down again, causing the box to re-open and the food to come spilling all the bag. Unfortunately this is not been my first experience with this location. It’s absolutely trash customer service they leave you waiting forever and they don’t care. They handle the food poorly and while I was waiting for over 15 minutes before they even acknowledged me with no line, I saw the girl that was making smoothies, have her T-shirt and hair touch the top of the smoothie, several times as she was making them…Obviously, multiple concerns here… again. This location is trash don’t do it. Go to the military Highway. It’s worth the extra two or three minutes.
