I ordered my smoothie through the app about 20 minutes prior to close. When I arrived 15 minutes before they closed the doors were already locked and the open sign was turned off. I pulled on both doors and the employee at the counter and others waiting inside looked but no one opened the door. This was confusing to me because my order had gone through and I had already paid.
