They really need to start offering a zero star option. Beyond racist and selective. I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to come from behind the cooking area she saw me a few times looked away then went back to being on her phone. A black guy walks in she comes out asks what he wanted to order. Remind you I WAS STILL STANDING IN LINE! Takes the black guys order and then walks away. Seriously? If you have any other race of people besides your own that much don’t work in customer service. Go work for BLM if it’s that important to you. And this isn’t the first time. This was just the last time I could tolerate it. And from previous reviews I’m not the only one who has experienced this or the awful service there. I’m confused why management hasn’t fired everyone and started over. It can’t be that hard to find someone who actually wants to work.

The service is never great here, but today was my last straw. I walked in, no one was there. I waited 10 minutes standing at the front and made eye contact with some cook in the back three seperate times watching him sit down and eat food (and look i get he deserves the break!) but he didnt tell anyone that I was there or waiting. So i walked out and walked back in loud enough hoping someone would hear. Waited 5 more minutes, nothing until finally some girl who looked to be under 18 came to the front and didnt even say a word, the whole transaction was weird and like she hated being there. I dont know whats up with management or staff here but clearly everyone hates working there. The smoothie is great! Just wish I could say the same about service.

They constantly make my food incorrect. i can’t eat dairy products so i get my food without cheese and ranch and my smoothies without yogurt. The workers here don’t seem to care what food they serve and 2/3 times give me incorrect orders and sometimes orders that aren’t even my own.

The service was trash I ordered online my order wasn't ready and I still had to wait 15 minutes and I drove 8 minutes to get here. Two people asked me what was my name for my order. when my order was ready nobody told me my order was ready so I waited extra minutes.

Loud annoying teens in the lobby looks like they didn’t order anything and are allowed to be loud and obnoxious without being a customer. The two that appeared to be working needed help because it took more than 20 min from ordering a smoothie to get it.. they don’t call out names of orders you just have people walking up to the counter and back to see if it’s their drink as they are placed on the counter as they are made. How are minimum wage workers seriously not replaced with something that can do their job efficiently?

Nobody comes. Empty store,dark. First time came here and just left here. Never come back.

Walked in to an empty store no customers or staff, waited approximately 10 minutes for someone to come to the front counter to take my order. When the young man arrived at the counter he just stood there and looked at me he didn’t say good morning, how can I help you nothing just stood there looking at me like I was bothering him because I wanted to order. So I politely said hello he did not respond just continued to look at me so I said hello once again. He then finally mumbled under his breath hello I politely left the store. If you can’t at a least be courteous to me when I’m about to spend my money which helps you to get a paycheck then I can take my money elsewhere. Will not patronize them again.

customer service is horrible. employees have attitudes. management is horrible, i couldn’t even get a refund in store, they threw away my receipt 10 minutes after i ordered claiming they throw away receipts “periodically”. Asked for ginger in my smoothie it tasted like ginger soup. Better off making your own smoothie at home.

Didn’t get my chicken bacon ranch flatbread, now I have nothing at all for dinner. But hey! 2 stars for the extra smoothie! Some poor soul is missing their smoothie, and I’m gonna be hungry tonight :(

I work here but still come for the food and drinks!!
