I had the worst customer service experience here! I ordered a large order for my daughters team two days in advance. The owner mixed up my order with another team. Then submit the order arrive 35 minutes late. Another little bit of the order arrived 45 minutes late. The rest arrived an hour and 15 minutes late.
The owner refused to refund me. The order was supposed to be delivered and I had to pick up half of it myself and carry it three blocks
Employees were picking up slips off the floor with the same gloves they were preparing food with. Touching their cell phone then touching customers food.
