We enjoyed our smoothies. They were all delicious. It did cost us around $30 for two smoothies and a kid’s smoothie after tax, tip, and donation. Not the cheapest, but they were good… especially on a hot day!

This place is just like any other tropical smoothies. The only reason I'm making this review is I walk in the door and it smells like a dirty sock or moldy or something really bad smell. Whatever it is they need to get rid of it. I want to eat here or order from here just for the smell

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this location. I’m from out of town and walked in to a very strange gas like smell. Then a lady took over the register from her husband and was very rude about my order. He recommended that I try a different smoothie but forgot to remove the smoothie I originally ordered. When she came to check the total out, she was very short tempered when I questioned why my total was higher than usual. She then proceeded to cool my wrap with anger and the dropped the bag on the floor she was putting my food in. She tried to hand it to me and I said why wouldn’t you trade out that bag if it fell on the floor, and she got an attitude when I asked for a clean bag. That’s not good customer service.

I think only a couple of their flavor combos are really good. Their food is really good, in my opinion, and they have a wide selection-I love their flatbreads and wraps! The store's interior is massive and drafty, and not the most cozy or welcoming, because it appears a little daunting. All in all, I like their shop and find their menu to be pretty good, but pricey!
I work down the street from this location, I visit this location 2-3 times a week! They know me by name, they always greet me with a smile, they ask how am I doing, they remember what I order, and always tell me to have a great day when I leave. When I order online they always have my order ready. No matter how busy they are, they give great customer service!!

I am very disappointed in this location. All other locations actually put effort into their food and this location has a complete disregard for the quality of their stuff. I ordered the avocolada and it was super watery and had absolutely no flavor at all. I also ordered the PB Banana flatbread and there was NO peanut butter on it?!! There was one VERY thin swipe of the peanut butter and the granola was not properly broken up. The pieces were huge and made it hard to eat. Same with the açaí bowl. The granola wasn’t broken up.
