I didn’t even step foot inside the store, my coworker was curious and I said you should try their smoothies they are very good, so he went in and came back out with two smoothies for me and my other coworker, wow that was so nice of him! He got me an avocado smoothie with whatever else came inside it. I’m not sure but it was very delicious. I’ve been at this place. only a few other times, but I am very grateful that he got me what he got me because I like avocados a lot! And I didn’t even have to go in that’s why I didn’t put any storage for Service and atmosphere.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and the amount of buffalo sauce that was in the wrap was Overwhelming. Whoever made the wrap definitely got carried away, It’s really disappointing that I had to throw it away.. Not even being dramatic every ounce of the wrap was saturated in buffalo sauce. Won’t be coming back to this location

I’m extremely disappointed that I even have to give one star. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Tropical Smoothie and, yet again, found a long, blonde hair in my food on the very first bite. The first incident was already unacceptable, and although I was told I would receive a refund, that never happened. Today, after avoiding the brand for some time, I decided to give it another chance—only to have the exact same disgusting experience. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from any Tropical Smoothie location ever again.

I'm disappointed... ordered a Blimey Limey, did not taste any lime... then ordered a Strawberry Limeade, still no lime flavor. I know the difference because I've had both recently.
