I waited over 15 minutes from the time my food was made to get my smoothie. food was cold by then. the people in front of me had their order misplaced so they waited over 20 mins for 2 smoothies. at one point 3 employees were in the smoothie making area with only one making smoothies. seems like a lot of employees on shift but not all productive. wont likely go back to this location.
So I'm not sure completely what's going on but the last two orders that I have had, something was wrong about it and I've had to take it back to have it remade. Kinda disappointed with that. Though the food is always delicious and smoothies are too.
This is the worst location I’ve ever visited!!! If I could’ve given it no stars, I would’ve. I came in at 8:30 and the staff informed me that the kitchen was closed because it takes to long to clean so my husband and I were unable to get food. I am highly upset and dissatisfied with this location and it’s employees and I will be contacting corporate in regards to this.
