the taste of the birria is great but the portion sizes on the birria taco feel like ROBBERY . 25 bucks for tiny tacos .. and to be completely honest the beans and rice on the side are so very underwhelming I just throw them out once the tacos are done which takes about 1 minute to consume

Got to the restaurant at 9:05pm on Tuesday 1/14. Door locked, works cleaning up the store. Didn’t even have to courtesy to signal that they’re closed, just looked at me tug on the door. Open sign still lit up, hours online say closes at 10pm. Needless to say this was disappointing and I will think twice before coming here again.

Upon arriving at our table, the top was sticky and had finger prints, had to ask for it to be wiped clean. Server immediately sought us 2 tap waters and walked away to sit down at a table with a friend while they dined in. After about 7 mins she came over to take our drink order where I had to ask for chips and salsa. Salsa was a heavy blended smoked pepper flavor and the consistency of purée. Server was so inattentive i had to wave at her to place our orders. She got the order wrong and seemed to have an attitude as if we were an inconvenience to the company she had visiting her at work. We will not be returning and don’t have anything good to say about the experience the food was not to be desired & my plus one only ate 2 bites out of his poke bowl.

The queso fundido is actually nacho cheese. If you want real tacos, go to a Mexican restaurant where they won't probably be 5 dollars for a taco, and probably be more tastier. The birria tacos were bland. The burrito bowl was served barely warm. The margaritas and Drinks were good. Not a place for dinner more of a place for drinks. Staff is friendly. Just the food and a bit over priced for the quality.

Let me start out by saying if you are looking for good customer service, this is not the place. You order on a kiosk, which is not a problem. The issue is having questions and feeling like you are a bother when asking a question. It was bad, the attitudes behind that counter needs to be adjusted. Nevertheless, I ordered a few items and I will say the food is just decent. The meat on all the food taste overly grilled, i’m thinking they use liquid smoke. Portion size is good. You can also add many toppings without up charges. I ordered a burrito, a bowl , quesadilla and chips & guac. My favorite was the quesadilla. Honestly, I would rather have chipotle.

I really enjoyed my lunch at Union Taco, great outdoor patio with a "play" area for kids and adults. Parking was difficult to find, but we managed. The Mojitos were delicious and the tacos hit the spot! The waitress was super friendly and attentive.

I went to Union Taco today with a few friends and had an amazing time! The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were fantastic. I got the Birria Nachos, which were enormous, and a Sunset margatita. Our server, Grey, was friendly and welcoming, and recommended some great options for us to try as this was our first time. I will definitely be going back while I am in town!
