UNO Pizzeria & Grill

Absolutely phenomenal! I am a major pizza lover...and I haven't had something this tasty and mouth watering in a long while. I ordered via DD but the presentation, care in packaging ( with parmesan and crushed red pepper without asking), and utensils... show a restaurant with excellence. Guys order here no doubt! Next stop in person review !!

Vegetarian options: Yes I can't think of what it's calle, but I get the shrimp with the pasta I'm sorry I don't remember the name of it, but it's my favorite dish 😄

I love this Uno Pizzeria . It’s one of my favorite places in Norfolk on Mondays and every night they have specials. You can just check with the staff to find out on what day what the special is. The food is good. The service is good. I would definitely recommend this Uno to my family and friends

Came to this location and was a little thrown off that it was so empty in a Friday night. We were seated and served drinks. After seeing multiple staff standing around/ on phones. We received our food. I had specifically asked that my daughter’s cheese burger not be burnt and dry and mine medium well. First off the fries were barely warm and the burgers dry and crunchy. We sent them back we’re not interested in having them remade. When we finally got our check I noticed even with the two burgers off the amount was way too high. Not to mention this is another restaurant that adds gratuity/tip without saying anything. I took it up to the register and it came down almost 40$. We were less than satisfied with this location. We were also seated right next to the restroom and every time someone opened the door that’s all we could smell. Overall, poor quality food and customer service. Our bill came to 33.76 and they tried to charge almost 80$ until I said something.

Food was great. Came out rather fast, but for a Saturday, not enough servers were present. Our server was the bartender and our server . She did great, but you could tell she was over worked.

My Berry salad with shrimps was very fresh and healthy and the farmers market pizza was well garnished with big chunks of veggies. Service was great too.
Overall a very good place for food, it is just that a nearly 20$ salad is pretty expensive and the ambiance of the restaurant looks more like a sports bar than a nice restaurant.

Went to Unos on Friday....My chair broke and I fell . I went there to get some fresh air after leaving physical therapy. Report taken , yet I still haven't heard from management or Owner regarding how I'm feeling or my concerns......

Came in today and the food was immaculate! The staff were friendly and attentive. The space was clean and quiet. I would def return especially for that amazing Caesar dressing!

After not going to UNO's for several years, I tried going today for lunch and my food was terrible which was unfortunate. I ordered the BBQ sirloin steak bites, medium well. The steak tips came out and they were terribly well done; very dry. I tried soaking up as much of the sauce as I could to take away from the dryness but it didn't work. I wasn't going to say anything but the manager was walking around and asked how our food was and I had to send it back - it was really difficult to eat; and for over $20 for just the entree, I had to send it back. My beverage from the bar was delicious!
