I love Unos.. I decided to go alone today. I sat at a bar. The bartender was super cool. The food was good and came out within a reasonable time. The only thing I didn't like was gratuity was added for just one person. I still tipped, but I was planning to tip even more, but my server friends say they only add that for large parties, or if they don't think they will get tipped. So did I look like a no tipper?? Otherwise great lunch ?

I don't like restaurants that automatically add to your bill 15% tip.Sorry but some wait staff is very lacking in the industry & never check on their customers once the meal hits the table.Waiters like that get no tip because they do nothing to earn it.Never come back to check on drinks, you try to wave them over & they go on by & back to talking to coworkers. That kind of waiter. Getting orders wrong. No. Not cool & that is why I prefer to judge my own tip based on service received.I consider myself to be a good tipper. Especially knowing what wait staff make on the floor.They really need the tips to have a paycheck worth anything.But I base the service off how I served my customers when I used to wait tables & train wait staff.I leave good tips normally but for a waiter that stays on top of things with their tables Eben when their section is busy, keeping them running but they still make sure to check on you & keep your drink filled, I tip great for them. Sometimes the same as whatever my ticket for 5 people was. Just because they earned it by caring enough to check on their customers.That's how I used to do it when I waited on the tables. Much respect for those waiters.But for a restaurant to automatically add the tip on it for me, no thank you. I will dine elsewhere. Even if service is great. It's the principle of it.The food here was ok, the service was ok, a little slow for only having 5 occupied tables when we were there but the automatic tip is the killer for me.

We went to this restaurant on a Sunday night at 7 pm. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We went here for my daughter's 16th birthday. The waitress did the bare minimum. I could tell she was more interested in doing her side work, so she could leave once they closed. She just handed us our bill, never once asked us if we wanted dessert. She is lucky on the tip she received. If they didn't add it on, I would have never given the amount she got that night. The next time I will come here is to only get take out.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and crayons. They also have a kids night.

The service was amazing, our waitress was very pleasant and friendly. As for the food, I had to send my blanc pizza back as the dough was not cooked all the way through. The atmosphere was not much better, the place just needs a good cleaning, the tables felt sticky. Apparently when it rains, the drains in the bathrooms make the bathrooms smell so bad, you can smell it before you even enter the bathroom…

We felt very rushed by our waitress. When she brought our food to us, she just slammed it down in front of us, no excuse me or anything. We know now why in tiny print on the inside of the menu, it says they add 15% gratuity to all checks. Smgdh?

My shrimp and crab dip the bread was not even toasted and the thin crust pizza was not cooked well pizza was burn on bottom sticking to box, just disappointed all around.

It was a huge pleasant surprise to enjoy that Uno pizza! I'd never been but I will be back!
My husband has loved Pizzeria Uno and we have not been near one in years so he’s ordered a couple times for pick up mostly for Pizza. So we went out to eat the other day, and I said let’s go in and sit down. I ordered the shrimp scampi, and must confess it was incredibly bland. The Pizza, my husband and my son were fine with. The restaurant itself did not seem busy at all.But the kicker to my whole experience is that the restaurant Automatically add the tip to your bill! Unheard of. I’m wondering if that’s why the restaurant was not very busy. OK the service was not horrible, but it was also not great and we would’ve tipped. But to automatically be charged a tip on my bill has left a horrible taste, my mouth, which, which I will never return to this restaurant.

I didn't realize that if I didn't select a type of cheese in the create your own lunch special, it comes with cheese by default, so I wasn't able to eat mine. That was my fault and I will order again. My mother enjoyed hers and has mine for tomorrow
