Second time enjoying a wonderful dining experience at Voila. Food was exceptional. Service was on point. Will definitely be returning. The mussels...best I've ever tasted!

The food was outstanding! We enjoyed the French onion soup, the beet and apple salad, the fruits de mar, the steak and the chocolate cake. Our server, Rocco, was almost too attentive but never crossed the line to be annoying. Reservations are a must. Do yourself a favor and book them at your first opportunity.

Voila! is a great little restaurant. Very intimate atmosphere, with minimal seating, but we've always been able to get a reservation. The food is amazing!! Lollipop lamb chops and creme brulee, yummm!!! The waiter, Rocco, was super friendly, and he had us in and out with plenty of time to make our show time without feeling rushed! Love this place!

The french onion soup was chicken broth with cheese and onions . disappointed..the Wellington was the core temp ordered but the pastry was mush. The server was so attentive we wanted to leave to have a peaceful conversation. The bar drinks were spot

My husband and I went last weekend to have dinner with a couple of friends, we have a baby (10 months) and as usual we took our baby with us. As soon as we arrived to the restaurant, the firts welcome words from Maggie was: we don't have baby chairs or anything for babies. So i said, ok, I'm gonna bring my little stroller to sit the baby next to us, so when I was opening the stroller (and I want to mention that is a very small stroller that we have specially for this kind of small places) so Maggie came and said in a very rude tone: no strollers, there is no way to have an stroller here because the servers need space. I want to mention that the table next to us was with no one and stays like the whole time and she knew that because they handle reservations, in the worse case we could just open the stroller and in case someone came just close it. But it was clear she did not wanted us there with the baby. We were so uncomfortable the whole dinner, i just wanted to leave but I didn't because of my friedns. Is the first time in ly life that someone make us feel this way for the simple fact of have our baby with us, I want to mention that he is so well behaved, he did not cry or screen in any moment. Maggie, a good place is not only about food. There are better ways to say the things and if you don't want babies in your place you should mention it in your webpage. I'm not planning to come back or recommend the place to any of my friends.

Almost French experience in USA. Having been to a few places to eat in France this was probably the closest I've seen outside of NYC, LA, DC... very good service, amazing food. Really done at the continental pace, meaning not rushed for efficiency American style. Drinks were made, not just put together like you get at most pubs. Can't wait to go back.

Had a lovely dinner with my coworker at Voila! Located so close to PETA headquarters! Grateful for their vegan option, pasta primavera, beet salad (w/out feta), and lemon sorbet. The French Poire elderflower cocktail was amazing!! Can't wait to visit again and praying that they'll expand their vegan options. A beet wellington or mushroom calamari perhaps? Reservations recommended, restaurant parking lot up front is nice, beware the quaint cobblestone street. Cute shops and coffeshop next door. A walk in the Oriental Pagoda park is perfect before or after dinner!Vegetarian options: The beet salad can be veganized without feta cheese. The candied pecans are sugar not honey. Pasta Primavera can be veganized without parm pesto. Baguette bread basket is vegan and they gave a free app of tomato without the mozz.

“Reservations Only” sign on the door. For our 25th wedding anniversary we wanted to go here for dinner. Because it was a Tuesday, and their website did not say reservations required, we did make a reservation. But upon arrival, there was the above sign on the door. Seeing as there were many empty tables, we entered anyways, hoping for luck. Unfortunately, we were curtly told, “Reservations only— that’s why we have the sign on the door.” No smile, no sympathy of our plight. It was if she should have somehow known before leaving home that their door would have that sign. Had their website said “Reservations Suggested” this would have been adverted.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I went here with my boyfriend for date night unsure of what to expect. I’m glad we made a reservation, because they were booked on a Thursday night, but the experience was unmatchable. Our server, Rocko, was incredible. Very charismatic, and we didn’t have to touch our wine bottle once to refill our glasses. The food was unlike anything you can get any where else, and I had the best crème brûlée in the Hampton roads. My boyfriend and I spent half the evening talking about how this is the epitome of fine dining. We’ll be back for another incredible experience.

I can’t rave enough about our experience at Voila last night celebrating our anniversary! We were immediately greeted and seated by our server who gave us nonstop service all evening. We enjoyed 2 bottles of delicious Burgundy wine from France along with delightful appetizers and entrees. We started with escargot, muscles, and clam chowder, all exquisite with delicious bread for dipping. Our entrees were salmon and bouillabaisse, both superbly prepared. We topped off our meals with a delicious crème brûlée. I must say it was the best meal we have had in a long time!

This is my second visit to this restaurant. My first was a year ago on my birthday. I found this place by happenstance and am glad I did.Last night I and my husband dined here in celebration of our one month wedding anniversary❤️?. I had lamb chops, and he the bouillabaisse. Both were so yummy!!!Prior to the entree I had escargot and a cosmo. After dinner, I had flourless mousse cake, and he had creme brûlée. Everything was perfect. We’ve decided this quaint french restaurant is now “our” restaurant! Our waiter, Rocko was attentive without being overbearing. Excellent service. I strongly recommend this lovely restaurant!!!

Absolutely superb! Rocko was a kind and attentive server. Everything from the drinks to the appetizers to the entrees was fabulous. We were pleasantly surprised by how decedent the chocolate tort was! The cozy French speakeasy atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary. We will definitely be back.
