Got a salmon bento box for lunch today & found a maggot in my food. I called asked for the manager whoever answered said he was but didn’t appear to be by the lack of customer service. He questioned me like as if I did anything wrong. I had to ask this man was I going to at least get an apology. Apology was forced and followed up with rushing me off the call. Mistakes happen but it’s how you handle it afterwards. Been feel nauseous since I saw it
Fantastic food at a reasonable price. We will be going back. Sushi was fresh and service was outstanding. The staff Continually checked on us. I highly recommend.
Service was good. Food not the best. Things I wanted they didn't serve or ran out at 430pm? Right give me a break .sushi house and ran out of salmon roe. Ok whatever.. I don't think I will go back! unless world was ending and that was the last sushi house in Virginia. I rather travel home to Hawaii to eat my favorites.
