This is the best probably the best value for sushi in Hampton Roads. Dinner is $24.99 per person for all you can eat plus tip. The sushi is delicious and well priced. Once in a while I fast all day and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Volcano Sushi
Just moved to Norfolk for a couple months and looked vigorously for an all you can eat sushi place, in which Volcano came up. There was a small wait to be seated (good sign being busy on a random weekday). All the staff were super friendly and our server came around just enough to take our orders.

I've eaten at quite a few sushi restaurants; some are highly touted via their paid advertisements; i.e. that noted one on Laskin Road. Volcano Sushi & Asian Bistro is the best that I've encountered. The sushi is freshly prepared after you order it, and it is exceptional. The servers are the most attentive that I've experienced. This is my sushi restaurant of choice, and I'm not paid to say so.
