Staff immediately made us feel welcomed with our dogs, coffee was excellent I think it was one of the best lattes I’ve had in the past several years. Staff was chipper and happy which is refreshing for such a hard job. Highly recommend

I’ve been a regular customer at this coffee shop and at elations brewery and it’s surprising to find myself in this situation. I was asked to leave and police was called simply for being in thought while journaling, which is a normal part of my writing process. If looking around triggers insecurities in the staff, perhaps they need to reconsider their role in a public space. Everyone deserves to express themselves freely without fear of judgment. This experience feels incredibly out of line, and I hope we can address it constructively.

This trip to Norfolk, my intention was to try a new coffee shop each day to discover good places. This coffee shop ruined that quest for me with how amazing their chai is, as I found myself here each morning ?
It’s a cute spot with comfortable places to lounge. It’s good for working and the staff is very friendly. I’ll absolutely be back here on future trips.

It was ... okay. The coffee was horrible. I mean absolutely awful. The wifi functioned enough for studying though and there is limited parking. I can't get past the horrible quality "coffee" though. I didn't even drink it and just threw it away on my way out. Definitely won't be back.

Cozy little cafe. Reasonably priced, delicious matcha.Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Placed my order, found a cozy spot among plants while I waited. One of the employees ended up bringing me my beverage which I thought was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.
This place was great! The coffee was good, and we were allowed to bring our dogs inside the building, even though they were not serviced Dogs, which was refreshing. We were able to sit at a table and they were able to relax right next to us. The people there are very animal friendly. The service was good and we will definitely plan to go back.

I usually drink my coffee black cause I need too and usually bitter. However, the black coffee here is really good. I had the regular Hawaiian. I forgot what my date had but she loved it too. The cons though is that it gets a little loud especially if the Brewery is open. The location is literally a street away from Kellam and ODU. If you're a local, then you know why it's a con.
Parking: A few reserve spots for the Cafe and probably 10 spots including 1 handicap. Plenty of street parking and 7/11 has parking next to the cafe.
Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids but it's a small Cafe made for working adults and quick visits.
