I've been going to waffle House with my mom since I was 3 years old traveling back and forth All over America anywhere there was a waffle House was we tried it it was kind of like a little tradition I always get the same thing a waffle cheese eggs hash browns and grilled chicken you can't fuk it up. But on this here fine day they did it started out with the service when we came in all the staff left except for our server who sat there for a good 5 minutes before she decided to come over and ask us did we want to be served what we like to drink and so on. About 20 minutes later which is weird for waffle House our food came but not all of our food the waffles were missing. Cool no biggie a waffle only takes about 2 or 3 minutes to make but you have to be making it. The waffle won't cook if you stand around and talk about it rather than putting the waffle in the waffle iron. Needless to say we'll be waiting a couple of months before we visit again that's usually how long it takes for the staff to change anyway.... Clean your uniforms clean the tables and floors. You are at work do your job.

I honestly can't express how surprised I was upon arrival. My daughter is in town visiting, and of course, like 16 year olds she was hangry, and I had in mind of taking her to the zoo.We originally started in VB and went to the WH on Indian River near the interstate. Pulled in to the lot, parked, went inside and it was gross...was told to sit anywhere, but no where was clean add to the side of the kids attitude I decided to leave. NO FOOD FOR YOU!!!When I got to this WH I was blessed with a beautiful clean table, a warm smiling welcome from a beautiful young ❤️ hearted representative. Immediately took our order had very nice pleasantries and verbal exchange of words.Thank you!

I just was so irritated with the shift that was working. I walked in and I expected it to be packed that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that we waited 30 mins and people had already gotten up from their tables, they were just dirty. There were literally 10+ staff members their before the shift change that’s what really irritated me. We went to the register and asked about the tables and were instructed to give them 8 mins and let him check all of people out that were behind us. So we went and sat down waited another 30 mins and finally was able to sit at a booth bc someone else from the next shift came in and cleaned the tables. Soon as we sat down ordered our food, shes comes back and says that it would be a 30 min wait because they were waiting on a cook.

if i could give 0 stars i would. besides the nasty attitudes and workers arguing with each other about who’s doing what. i sat there for over an hour waiting on a table while over 10 staff members were there. most of them standing around trying to appear being busy. meanwhile there are over 4 empty booths waiting to be cleaned. the staff were walking outside taking breaks and in the back on their phones in the whole hour we were waiting. it took someone coming in for their shift for the tables to get cleaned off. in the mean time they were telling people that were trying to place to go orders that they were not doing them anymore. but once i was finally seated the waitress proceeds to tell us that there will be a 30 minute wait for food because they don’t have a cook for second shift at the moment. which is something that could have been said as soon as we walked in.

The grits were lumpy, and I had to request a refill of my coffee. My server took my order, and I never saw her again. I love Waffle House because of its consistency in taste. No matter where you stop, you can be assured the food will taste the same. However, this does not translate into consistency of service.

If you're not coming at peak breakfast hours you'll get extremely ghetto rude staff. No manners and just ghetto as could be. They loudly talk about how disgusting their restaurant/food is and about their past customers. Then some other ghetto guys walk in and they start feeding.off the ghettoness and just holler and.holler. This isn't a club, it's a waffle house. No professionalism period. Nobody there (outside of peak breakfast hours) should be working front of house period.

Got to this location about one in the afternoon thought I would have a late breakfast walked into the restaurant they had about eight customers in there and every other table was stacked with dishes and dirty all of the people working there completely ignored new people coming in the door didn't look like they were interested at all and cleaning tables they are playing the jukebox extremely loud so I turned around and walked

Happy yall have a waffle house on the east coast! Great food and great service. I was there today and the ladies and gentleman did a phenomenal job tag teamming while others were on break. Shout out to the chef my meal was perfect! Friendly staff.
