I stopped in for my birthday today. I paid it forward for the customers in the restaurant and waffle house had to one up me. They played me happy bday and treated me to pie and a balloon. Best crew ever!!!

The staff, Skyler especially. was so great that I asked to speak to the manager, Marie, who obviously does a fantastic job hiring The entire team obviously likes each other and worked well together as a team. I have missed Waffle House - this was a fabulous welcome back.

OH MY GOSH. The literal best Waffle House I’ve been to ever. I order for pick up they moved fast, were extremely helpful and polite this will be my go to Waffle House for now on.
This was hands down the best Waffle House experience I've ever had. Our server, Skyler B. was so awesome. He was friendly, fun, attentive, and fast! Skyler was proactive in getting providing us waters, sauces, and recommendations. He was honestly just SO pleasant to chat with!!
My 8 year old daughter loves sitting at the counter, and we were dancing and singing along to the music playing with the rest of the staff and kitchen crew. From the counter I was able to see all the going-ons. It was great to see how clean everything was! I observed the staff communicating efficiently for all the orders, and greeting everyone as they came in. It was also really nice to see the crew doing their morning huddle; I could over hear the manager giving acolades to someone for performing well and the rest of the crew cheering them on.
We weren't there very long, maybe 30 minutes, but it was the perfect start to our Sunday! It's too bad we're just visiting from out of town (all the way from Mississippi) or we would make coming to this waffle house a regular occurrence. We like to go to the Waffle House near us in Meridian once a month as a tradition, and it's not nearly as fun, clean, or welcoming as this location.
