My waiter Jack was phenomenal! I came on my birthday for a drink and ended up eating the best waterside pasta, cheesecake and waterside refresher drinks! The service was top notch, nothing less than white glove service from Jack!

Very nice and somewhat tucked away location that allows a nice walk along the water. The food and drinks were amazing and the bartender along with the staff that day were absolutely spot on. Highly recommended!

The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. First we were refused service and then after that 2 waiters who acted like they were brand new refused to take me and my dad’s order for unknown reasons. They just stared at us like we were zoo animals. They were completely rude and disrespectful towards us and clearly had a problem. The food took almost an hour after placing the order to come out. And I had originally ordered the burger and they tell me they can’t even serve it to me. I go into a restaurant and you can’t serve me something on the menu? The absolute worse service I’ve ever experienced. Do not go there or anything they are the absolute worse

Went for dinner. Had the crispy Brussels sprouts. They were soaked with oil and burnt. Tasted horrible and was more like oily burnt offerings. Service took forever with our server leaving us for an hour waiting to order our main dish. Once we had the main dish the potatoes were overcooked very crispy and not very tasty. The salmon was cooked okay but the rest of it did not allow us to enjoy the meal.
We had an early Mother's Day dinner reservation at 4:30 for 6 adults and 2 children. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, there was one other table with about 8 people. I asked if they had a kids menu and he brought me the menu. It had the usual options, grilled cheese, hamburger, Mac and cheese and fish and chips. He came back and proceeded to verbally tell us what was available for the kids, which was slightly different than the printed menu. We ordered the brussel sprouts and the bangin shrimp for an appetizer and a bottle of wine. The appetizers took a long time to come out. The brussel sprouts were ok, a bit too charred for my liking, and the shrimp was ok, nothing special. The server brought the bottle of wine and just placed it on the table without opening it - granted it was a screw off top, but usually they will open it and allow you to taste it first. We decided to order for the kids, and we asked for grilled cheese for my granddaughter, and he said we're out of grilled cheese, odd but we ordered Mac and cheese for her and chicken tenders for my grandson. My daughter wanted to order the filet and was told they were sold out, then she tried to order their chicken dish, but was told they were sold out of that too. When the kids meals came out, he brought a grilled cheese for my granddaughter even though we ordered Mac and cheese and was told they were sold out of the grilled cheese. My husband ordered the fish and chips and it didn't come out until after everyone was finished eating. I definitely would not go back and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I blame management for all of the mishaps. How are you sold out of at least 2 of the entree options at 4:30 on Mother's Day especially since we had a reservation so they were aware of our party size. Our server clearly hadn't received the proper training.

Bryan helped make our stay at the Sheraton a wonderful experience and dining in the hotel made it very convenient after a long drive. We would recommend the Sheraton to all cruisers going to Norfolk as its location is perfect.🚢

My server acted like he didn’t want to be there. He sound irritated & annoyed the whole time. I usually don’t tip servers who’s not attentive & outgoing but I did but not much! Please have a talk with your staff because I didn’t feel comfortable at all! Food was 8/10!
