Service was poor. When it was time to check out. Waiter was no where to be found. I ordered a steak salad, instead I received a head of unchopped lettuce with no silverware to cut it with.

Restaurant de fruits de mer où il n'y avait pas de fruits de mer. Accueil médiocre et prix excessifs (45€ la bouteille la moins chère!). Les plats étaient aussi trop chers pour la quantité et qualité (le fish&ship n'était rien d'autre que du vulgaire surgelé). La serveuse était agréable, mais il faisait froid dans le restaurant. In all my life I have never experienced this. During lunchtime, with customers eating, they start vacuuming and not just there was a mess need to clean it up but full out vacuuming the dining room. Literally, vacuuming next to tables with people in them. Worst service. Took forever to get our food. We were there hours, literally. I asked for lemon water and the waitress said she would bring the lemon separately but if course never bothered to come back with the lemon until I asked again much later. The place was not busy, only a few tables with people, so no clue why such poor service. And never experienced this either but there was a waitress or hostess who kept coming to our table to tell jokes. Now mind you being friendly and one joke would have been fine but this was over the top like she was practicing her stand up routine. And she came to the table more than once like we were all best friends. My party liked the taste of the food except for me. I should have sent it back but really didn't want to wait for another item to be fixed. I shared with others. The waitress didn't say anything about the fact I didn't eat my food, like most waitresses would like how is everything? Separate tickets and she put items in wrong tickets as well.

The fish and chips was $24 and I only received small two pieces of fish that looked like they were straight from the freezer section. Menu said it came with remoulade sauce, and I never got any. I asked the server and she didn’t know what that was so she brought me tartar sauce instead. Hotel restaurants are usually highway robbery, but this meal was absolutely pathetic and not even complete as advertised on the menu. Avoid this place if you want to receive anything of value.

Food here was OK. It was Christmas day and they didn't have a lot of help so that could be the reason. 3 tables were seated including mine and it took about 2hrs. Only serving sandwiches no dinner. Will give them another when it's not a holiday. Got the crabcake sandwich and fries.

This is the worst bar, restaurant or place of establishment I have ever been. I came here on New Year’s Eve and I witnessed an atrocity.Ok, give the benefit of the doubt. I stayed here for a week. Came to the bar and tried again. The service is non existent. Literally sitting at the bar looking around for service. Meanwhile the bartender and employees stand behind you in a break room and laugh at you.I finished my cup of red wine (I say cup because the staff doesn’t know the difference between red wine, white wine or beer). And it fell behind the bar. Truly sorry.Next thing I know a woman is running towards me screaming at me. She says “why did you do that” I said it was an accident.She continues to verbally assault me and I ask to speak to managers. After 2 managers I finally get to someone. My problem goes unchecked,Never come here

My meal was incorrect the first time and delayed the second time, taking over an hour from placing the order to being on the table. My father’s meal did not include his salmon and it came late, and when it did arrive it was raw inside. Our waitress was absent and slow. Brutal service overall.

One of the better menu options. I also saw what else was on the menu and it wasn't as appealing for the price. Bartender service was meh, no personality and forgot our drink order for over 10 min. Not a destination restaurant for sure but will due if you must stay in the hotel. Salad was large, chicken portion was smaller than expected for $7 extra.

Food was good. Despite a very limited menu for this day, probably due to the quantity of guests expected due to a conference, there was entirely too long of a wait to get the food. The food was all able to be pre-prepared for ease of meeting demands. The waitress apologized profusely about the delays. It wasn't her fault. It seemed to be a management issue that was the problem. So many of the other patrons had the same problem!

It was a little disheartening to see that they don’t do room service. I was informed that I had to come downstairs order and wait for the food in order to eat. BUT THEY ARE IN A HOTEL.
