I walked up to the counter and I heard the lady manager cursing, using the 'f' word. I told the cashier to tell her, that's why I walked out. Very unprofessional and inappropriate for a manager. What if there was a child nearby?

Left out fries from bacon double biggie bag on 3-26-24. Called and was told to come back. Explained I was in Lyft. Manager took my name and said come when able. Just went to get and they told me they don't have a book to write people names down. We're so rude walking back and forth passe like I wasn't standing there until I asked were they going to accommodate because my Lyft was waiting outside and I don't have to lie about a $7 bag. The employee told me people do it all the time. I was so shocked. The manager was just standing there. This is horrible. Please don't waste your time and food was cold smhHave a video

Terrible service. Just sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting to be assisted. No courtesy "give us a second" or anything. Someone finally started to help before being interrupted 2 seconds in ... I didn't hear from that person for another 10 minutes before I decided to drive off.

They are ALWAYS slow! And they NEVER get the order right.EVER!! I tried to avoid and do mobile order and they still was slow,still wasn’t correct, and still poor quality.

Drive thru window boy gave my customers meal to a person who wasn't the assigned Door Dash driver and my customer tried to have me fired. She also lied about her aunt being the manager there, as I called the next day and spoke to someone who said they were the manager. They denied knowing the customer. Nothing but filthy liars.

This place does one thing reliably... They get the order wrong. They will either leave out key items like sauces, spoons, napkins, or straws or neglect to fulfill the order correctly. We've received spicy chicken instead of classic, we've received classic chicken instead of grilled (back when that was available), and we've been given less than the number of nuggets ordered (9 out of 10). Also, when we received neither straws nor spoons for our frostys, I went back and walked into the store to get spoons from the self-service table. There were none there so I waited at least a minute until any employee would acknowledge my presence. When someone finally did, I asked if they had any spoons and the person went to the back to get them (right after sneezing into their hand). They were gone another two minutes or so. They came back with a handful of (thankfully) pre-wrapped spoons and refilled the spot in the counter where I had looked for them and handed a couple to me. We've also waited in line for a while only to find out their frosty machine was down or they were out of the flavor we were looking to get.If it was one incident, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, let it go and chalk it up to an off-day. After a second time, I stopped going there for a while. This two-step happened a second time (4 visits in all).After nearly 6 months, I stopped again (my 5th and hopefully last time) in a moment of desperation (hungry kid craving nuggets in a time crunch and on the way). That's when we got 9 out of 10 nuggets and again no spoons or straws for the frostys. It was at that point that I decided to leave a review. Enough is enough and maybe now I will better remember to stop somewhere else at nearly any cost since we've had a history of not getting our money's worth at this location.Lastly, if you do choose to give this one a try, be careful on the entry and exit of the parking lot. It's easy to scrape the undercarriage of your vehicle given the incline of the driveway.Parking: Carful upon entering and exiting the parking lot. The driveway is steep to and from the road and it's easy to scrape the undercarriage of your vehicle. There's also a lot of potholes in the lot.

Went there to get my food through the drive thru they didn’t give me my drink plus I ordered a taco salads but never gave me my chips for the salad and I wasn’t even told that they didn’t have chip for this location sucks and needs to be shut

I always order my burger without the bun and they nicely put it on top of lettuce with more lettuce on top, so it was kind of like a lettuce wrap. It made easy to handle, very thoughtful. They were SO busy but handling it

I will be contacting the local health department. Because you go two to three times a week. Dining room is always locked. At 8 am in the morning. Call the location and they always have a excuse we don't have enough employees. So I know someone personally in the local health department and I will ask them to do an investigation on this location on Monticello Ave in Norfolk Va.

Not enough employees and enough items! I ordered on the mobile app and didn't get what I paid for! Drinks was wrong,they're out of alot of stuff and I couldn't get the frosty I order or get a replacement item! Disappointed in this location.
