I must go at the right time of day always because my food is always cooked fresh and everything is always perfect. The two young ladies that work the window in the morning are amazing and they greet you and say how is your day going etc instead of some of these places just open the window expecting you to hand them the money and then they just hand you the food without saying anything

This might be the first time a Wendy’s has gotten my (so complicated it’s stupid) order correct without hassle. Kim in the drive-thru was pleasant and understanding, and my sandwich was perfectly done. My annoying order was the Breakfast Baconator, sub croissant, no egg, no cheese, add honey butter, and it was DONE RIGHT. I’m so pleased. Thank you, Kim & Co!

I am a frequent customer here, I ordered my usual which is not labeled on the menu but is still available to order. The person who took my order assumed it was something else and when I got to the window to verify, I noticed they charged me more than usual. I told Alyssa that I ordered a regular cheeseburger and not the bacon because I cannot have it. She took my bag back and then comes back with another bag of food. I catch her and tell her that she owes me $1.57 due to the overcharge. She gets mad, closes the window, speaks to someone and returns to ask me (with an attitude) if I wanted an extra item in exchange. I accepted the item. The tone she gave made me feel uncomfortable due to me not being mad about the situation, I just wanted my order to be corrected. It was just not professional. The food was delicious tho. Nice and hot

One of the WORST Wendy's to visit not! They were really good when they first built this location and reopened. Slowly, they've allowed these young individuals to ruin their business! Service is Horrible, no one is friendly, talking on the cell phone at drive through.
I was starving so bad.I ordered 24 piece nuggets and a wendys single with cheese extra pickle. The sandwich was so old and soggyI didn't even bother to take it back. .I was so hungry, I threw it away. Do you know it's for warm. The service is getting worse and worse at this location.

I’m frustrated. Last time I came here I asked for unsweet tea and got sweet tea. Today I wanted unsweet tea so I ordered unsweet tea. When they handed it to me I clearly said, “this is unsweet, right?” And she said yes. Guess what… it’s sweet tea. Why is that so hard to get right? How do you make this mistake every visit?

I used a coupon for the new fusion frosty and instead of making it correctly they made it with a chocolate frosty not coming back to this Wendy's they didnt even give me a recipet to do the survey

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The place is disgusting, the bathrooms are locked, and the floor is so filthy and slippery it’s a safety hazard. The employees are ridiculously slow and act like they don’t care at all. This location is a complete embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. Shut it down or fix it immediately

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food tastes the best of all of them. My only problem with Wendy's in general and especially at this location is that when it's time to order you have to use a kiosk. I know there are people available to take an order if you need it or if you have questions. But it most locations they completely avoid and ignore you while you're up front.

Originally I wanted to put one star because the man at the window was very rude and not customer friendly at all. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager and would not give me his name. However the manager came and resolved all my issues she was very friendly and changed my mind about the one star. Even though I had a bad experience with the man at the window the way she handled the problem was excellent! I believe her name was Ciara. Very good managing skills!
