There at 1115 was told chilli was not ready ask for manger she said that they don't have any chilli meat. Which one is it not ready or don't have. Either way I was lied point blank to my face

Worst run fast food operation I’ve dealt with. Arrived in lobby at 1:55 pm. The gentleman at the register was moving slow. 1 car in drive thru. He took an order from the person in front after 5 minutes. Didn’t take ours until he served the person in front. He then took our order. 15 minutes to order, 5 to get served which was not bad. Drink machine was flat. No orange frosty available. Very disappointing

This location is the absolute worst. Everytime you come here some of the employees have bad attitudes. Last experience I ordered over $40 in food and the dude on the mic huffed and puffed under his breathe while the mic was still on saying ohh my God. Like really. Manager did nothing. When I went tonight and ordered the Manager herself was at the window with an attitude talking about employes. I don't want to hear all that while I'm ordering food. Then get mad when I said something. And had the nerve to tell another employee to give ne my food cause I had an attitude with the wi down wide open. These employees need to be trained better and trained better on customer service. If you don't like your job then find another one and don't take it out on paying customers. Period

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes with no movement. Went inside for ten more minutes with no movement. Worst service of any Wendy’s anywhere on the planet. The staff couldn’t care less if they tried

Bubble Butt

I was at the drive yesterday around 4 and a worker at the window was yelling asking why are people still coming through the drive thru. She clearly did not want to be at work. She didn't have a name tag on. My soda was flat and the top looked really dirty. I was afraid to sip it. I would not bc me here again! I'll skip this location on purpose!

I don’t know why I’m leaving a review of Wendy’s, but here I go. I went through the drive-through the woman taking my order was very clear, and she confirmed my order politely asked me to pull around and she was very polite when I was rang up Service was excellent food was excellent.. whoever was working today. Did such a good job that it got me to leave a review for a fast food restaurant lol got to give credit where credit is due I guess
