I've had multiple issues with this place and this time my 4pc nugget came to be 3. Also, drive thru customer service didn't even care and just handed my order like nothing. Of course there no receipt so can't do anything about it.

Today is July 18th 2025. I just left out this location at 10:50am... They have a young man back there with earpods in his ear that touches them whips his pants with gloves on.. The Guy. With was in back touching everything then got online and started separating cheese and making sandwiches. The young lady at register was nice .. The manager didn't come to see what I needed done. I asked could everybody change there gloves they just looked at me. And carried on ... You hired some people that don't care about how the food is delivered. I will never come back to place... If you don't want to work correctly and make sure people don't get sick you all need to not be in the food business.... I would like someone to contact me so I can send video and pictures of today's event... I am a paying customer and something is going to be done about this

Girl in the purple shirt today June 3rd had the most dirtiest attitude terrible customer service. I asked what is in a sandwich and the person on drive thru said “ I don’t know” how do you not know what comes in it or even say one sec to try and figure out what is in it! You work here wym you don’t know like seriously disgusting customer service! Snarky dirty little attitude if you don’t wanna work then leave that simple.

Disappointed! Went there for a late dinner meal. We didn’t get the complete order, and when we came back we were given something different to our order. Chili was kinda weird-looking too.

Food was great however the service was not good, the waiter continue to reach over my wife head. And very rude please understand i was not pleased and will not be going to the Volvo location no more.

Jahlil or however you spell his name was horrible customer service. Apparently he’s in charge of training people? I don’t know how he didn’t know their menu or how to talk to people properly. Tried rushing through order after each item saying is that all. Then I order a baconator. He keeps asking weird stuff and I said “a regular baconator…. Like literally in the picture” and he still gives me a Dave’s double and adds bacon…. Dude is not good

Usually we have a great time here however this time my wife came through the drive through and the worker already had our food hanging out of the door. More so as soon as my wife barely got her hand on it (just touching it) the worker let it go. If my wife didn't have two free hands then our food would've ended up on the ground.
After all of that my wife still said have a good day and all the worker said was ya you too.
Now I expect this from this city. I have never experienced good food service from this city but nonetheless this Wendy's was doing good until this experience.
It was pretty terrible and very disappointing.
They didn't shut the lids on the drinks so they all spilled and items were missing from the order. Who ever was working in the drive thru at 11:35 on 2/10/2025 you need to find a new line of work. Customer service is not for you.
The food was also not fresh and anyone with two brain cells can tell it had been sitting for a while.
Pretty disappointed and even the McDonald's across the street can do better and that's saying something

I love Wendy's food but holy cow is the staff rude at this location. I've gone through multiple times and each time the drive thru employees are just rude. I work in customer service and would never yell or fuss out an employee bc fastfood is hard and customers are hard, but in this case, the employees are just rude. They interrupt you when you're trying to order, there's no thank you, you're welcome, nothing. Can't even get your whole order out without the person interrupting and being rude. There's a guy there that I wish I remembered his name, because he is one of the very few ppl who work there who's polite and let's you finish talking before responding.

Not gonna lie, it takes a lot for me to write a review. This is probably one of the better Wendy’s experiences I’ve had in the country. They’ve probably got a good crew of folks running it right now. Done drive thru a few times, and it’s always fast, fresh, and correct.

The drive thru folks sometimes don’t sound too happy, but they are doing their jobs right. They should be proud of their work!

The breakfast burrito was dry. I needed a whole water bottle to choke it down. I went to the counter for ice, and the guy walked right by me and never said, "Can I help you.

Ordered delivery from this location for dinner. Ordered a chocolate frosty, received vanilla, Jr bacon cheeseburger didn't have cheese, and everything was so stale, dry, and cold. I ended up ordering from somewhere else to make up for it.
