Food same as usual. The server could be clearly heard on the ordering intercom and was very friendly when I picked up by drive-thru order. The window cashiers are always friendly. 🙂

I visited this establishment Friday 12/12/25 around 7 something
A darkskin girl named Angel who also wears glasses was my cashier. She was very hard of hearing . When I arrived to pay and retrieve my food , she was ignoring me when I tried to get her attention. She doesn’t know how to multitask I even saw a manager (white lady with long gray hair ) telling her she can’t roam Around she needs to stay by the window.
She gave me raspberry tea instead of sweet tear & when I asked for an Arnold palmar she gave me raspberry tea mixed with lemonade . I was around 10 minutes away from the establishment so I just threw it out the window . But not only were you unprofessional you don’t pay attention to detail nor listen carefully. My sandwiches were wrong & I was given the incorrect sauce with my meal . It aggravates me when I spend my hard earned money and can’t get what I asked for them as well as I don’t recognize it’s wrong until I’m already gone . Do better at this location seriously.

I went here 3 times to see if they would get better. Didn’t happen. Either the food was undercooked or order was wrong and the last time was waiting to order at the front and just nobody came to take my order about 20 mins legit i just left. 😔

They’ll make you wait for food that’s not even fresh. Nuggets taste like they’ve been sitting for hours

Paid for 10 spicy nuggets but got 9 regular room temp nuggets after being told to pull forward and waiting 15 minutes when it wasn’t even busy.

Autism mom with a son who LOVES Wendy's. We eat at a lot of Wendy's...a lot. We're in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area this weekend for a big Special Olympics event. We walked in and we were greeted SO WARMLY. It caught me off guard with the genuine smiles and the patience with my son ordering for himself. I know when I walk in a Wendy's what we're going to get food-wise but THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being especially kind.

Horrible service anytime of the day. The baked potatoes are not always available during dinner time and when you call the corporate office there is nothing done about the bad service that you complain about.
Every year i try this Wendy's at least 1 time. Its always the same, the food cold , the burgers you can tell have been sitting there for a while, fries are cold, even the staff themselves have a hard time communicating through the speaker, I honest to God dont even know how this place is still open, is their not a quality check for restaurants? Please send amd inspector im begging!!!!!!

A friend of mine and I came into the Wendy's to an empty diner. Only 2 cars at the drive-thru. We stood at the counter for approximately 15 minutes to no one taking our orders. There were people in the back preparing food but in the meantime no one even bothered to take our orders. Instead of getting frustrated and making a scene, we went to the Wawa next door to get better service and helped ourselves to food and drinks. I know we were on camera as we stood there waiting patiently for someone to take our order. Hopefully the cameras were working so the could see it for themselves. More attention is needed, especially for paying customers. You can do better.
