This is the most ratchet place ever! The girl took my order was on facetime the whole time! The manager don't seem to care about quality of anything and HE is always RUDE....but thinks it's ok because he is a flamer... and the place was DIRTY like always. Its a sad and desperate place if your working or eating at this location.

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION 725 NEWTOWN RD ON SATURDAY
THE TIME WAS ABOUT 5 PM i WAITED AT THE SPEAKER WINDOW FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY ORDER FOR 17 MINUTES I HAD A YOUNG LADY TELL ME TO HOLD ON BECAUSE WE ONLY HAVE 3 PEOPLE WORKING AND EVERYONE ELSE HAD CALLED OUT ,, THAT TOOK 5 MIN BEFORE SHE EVER EVEN NOTICED THAT I WAS AT THE SPEAKER

IT TOOK ANOTHER 12 MINUTES FOR SOME GUY TO SAY WITH AN ATTITUDE...HEY MAM LOOK WE NEED YOU TO BE PATIENT OK?? VERY RUDE MANNER

i TOLD HIM THAT CUSTOMERS ARE DRIVING OFF BECAUSE OF THE WAIT

AFTER HE SAID THAT TO ME HE NEVER RESPONDED AGAIN AND WHEN i LEFT AND DROVE PAST THE WINDOW THEIR WAS NOT EVEN A CUST AT THE WINDOW ,

i LOOKED AT HIM AND HE JUST THREW HIS HANDS UP LIKE WHAT EVER,, SOME GUY THAT HAD DREAD LOCKS IN HIS HAIR

i MEAN THE COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AT ALL WENDYS NEED TO HIRE BETTER EMPLOYESS THAN WHAT THEY HAD WORKING THERE ON SATURDAY,' ,

THE ONLY NICE EXPERIECE IVE HAD IS WITH THIS ONE ITALIAN GUY THAT WORKED THEIR HE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE AND WAS VERY PLEASANT EVERYTIME

This location is one worst I have ever visited. They never open on time, even two hours late most times despite staff being on site, just refusing to provide service. They constantly screw up orders, giving wrong items or over charging on deal items. Avoid at all costs, this locations staff does not care about thier jobs and the service shows, or should say lack there of.

Every single time i come here it’s either they aren’t taking drive thru orders and you need to come inside, or the doors are locked when they should be opened, and it’s nowhere near fast food. I just stood in line for 15 minutes and the guy wouldn’t even take my order because he had 5 door dash orders. I get things are short staffed nowadays, but come on this location just needs to shut down.

Every single time I go to this Wendy’s I am met with some obstacle. Either they’re not opened during business hours, I have to order on the app only or I have to come inside. It’s a joke at this point and I very much feel it’s intentional and due to the staff being irresponsible and lazy. Just close down at this point.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service. More than 3 cars on drive thru was not served we were all ignored. All doors are locked at 6pm. Employees in the lobby walking around or just sitting around.

Girl at drive threw was yelling at me over not having what i ordered and paid for. She refused to give me a refund on what i ordered and started waving her hands around. Even the guy behind me in drive threw says they always rude and has to check the food. 30min wait on 2 iteams 1 which i never get.

The most laziest people I’ve ever seen! Made me wait in line told me that they would take my order and then turned around and said they weren’t accepting any more orders unless it was a mobile order! This store should be shut down!!!!

To the girl that took drive through orders tonight Tyshyana Listen to your costumers. I have a food allergy to ranch and you picked on me after i said bbq sauce. Smh you stated out your mouth with a witness who heard you say now you don’t want ranch and still have it. When i told you I’ve never said that. You were being unprofessional giving me the wrong thing on purpose next time it’s legal actions ima take. Not only that people were already walking out of the store complaining about this shift. Get it together especially your unprofessional attitude girly. Thanks 😉
