The one on base, which the sign says closes at 2200, actually closed at 2100. Surprisingly, they can’t even deliver correctly to the hotel on base. Norfolk base is just disappointing and trash ????

When you look up this Wendy's o ase it says that it's open until 10pm when in reality it's only drive-thru after 9pm.
Friendly and fast service both inside and in the drive through. Food is standard Wendy's, which is our preferred fast food chain in the area for the most part, and the interior is always clean and usually quiet here.

I tried the new grilled chicken ranch wrap, it was really good. Inside was really clean, even the bathroom. Did take a while to get the food but the fries seemed fresh. This location is on a military base, so if you don’t have a military or contractor ID you won’t be able to get to it.

I had the ghost chicken sandwich and a Jr cheeseburger. Both were HOT and delicious! The table I sat at and various spots on the floor were messy but overall it was a positive experience.

You would think with it being on base that the customer service would be fair,I would never spend another dime in another wendys just because of this restaurant.The drive through black fat lady with the glasses is so nasty and rude. USE TO EAT HERE TWICE A DAY OVER $300 PLUS DOLLARS A MONTH I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
