Summary, don’t go here, very expensive for garbage sandwiches and poor customer service.

I like the concept of building my own sandwich. Had the steak sandwich with what I liked. Also, try the wrap. Next for me the Muffuletta.

I loved the concept of grabbing a bag and filling out my choices for my sandwich, size, bread, toppings...can also have a bowlwich, wrap, or lettucewich...will have to try one of these when I return..everything was very fresh and the sandwich was very good...the establishment was very clean, and the service was excellent...

First time coming to the shop at Premium Outlets. I got the steak and egg absolutely positively delicious! The two young ladies working very friendly and accommodating to my gluten free allergy (celiac). Jada and Tink really good hires great energy and vibes hire more people like them!!

Offers fries online and then tells you that you can get two bags of chips because their machine is down. It’s been down for at least 6months now, probably closer to a year. I don’t think the owner has any intention of getting it fixed. Customer service is hit or miss but not the worst. Often find them short handed so expected times are typically off when you order online

I was greeted upon arrival in by crew members. The atmosphere seemed to be very welcoming. I was assisted with placing my order by Tink. She was very friendly and helpful. Tink was very patient as she walked me through the process of ordering and even assisted me with filling out my sleeve for my sandwich. She was very knowledgeable in explaining everything to make my experience wonderful. I really enjoyed how well catered to I felt and the quality of the sandwich. Most definitely a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!! I ordered the wicked Wednesday specialI with no roast beef. I will be back visiting soon. Everything was very tasty and fresh made just the way it was requested.

This location was really chill sandwiches were great full of flavor and fresh . The attendant was a young man with locs , he was so welcoming and patient as it was our first time . Customer service was superb !??

First and last time going. Turkey sandwich, the meat was salty. Sandwich was mediocre. The cookie wasn't good, didn't even eat half of it. $16 for the meal. Very disappointed. This place will not last. Weird concept of filling out bag to order what you want.

We came in tonight for some easy dinner. We had a few problems due to the computer having difficulties with the newest dinner bundle. Tink and TRel were absolutely fantastic despite both being new and they worked really hard through some frustration to make sure we all got what we wanted at the price advertised! Those two did a fantastic job, we really appreciated them

Went into this place for the first time. The store was very well kept. The staff were friendly and service was quick. The manager greeted me and spoke to me as well, she was friendly and informative. That was nice to see active management. Don't see that in a lot of fast-ish food sort of establishments
