I googled this restaurant and the site read that the restaurant was open but once I arrived it was closed , chairs up etc and no sign stating if this was permanent or just for this day. I would’ve loved to try the food so my rating could be based off that as well.

Willoughby Bay Inn is a great place to eat and have a drink. They provided great customer service.

This place is such a hidden gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. Annie was the best bartender with such great hospitality! The food is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and made with care.. by far the best meal we had! It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to again and again.

Looked like a dive bar but we were pleasantly surprised! This is really a great place for some delicious food and great service! Bar tender lady was super sweet and helpful. Outside seating is hella cozy!

It had been so long since I've been to this place (prior COVID), honestly I didn't think it was still there. I was pleasantly surprised!

Staff was nice and the poker game going on was entertaining. However, the salmon was very dry (overcooked), the Keylime pie was frozen with nothing added; no chocolate syrup or whip cream. The cheesecake was also frozen with no toppings.
Not worth the price I paid for my granddaughters and my dinner.

I don't live in Norfolk, so this was my first time there in many years. I was hoping it was as good as I remembered because I was taking friends with me. The food was still as great as I remembered. It has a small friendly atmosphere to go with the quality of food. Our server, Annie did a great job attending to all our needs and answering our first timer questions about the menu. She informed us that the cook, Jamie, deserved credit for the food being cooked to our liking.
Will definitely go back and take more friends.

My daughters name is Willow B. and she was treated like a Queen; given a free T shirt, free pool, all the games and coloring books her heart desired. The food was spectacular and the hostess was 10/10
