Awesome fun clean restaurant!Local spot, Owner very much bringing Willoughby Spit to theForefront! As all buisines’s have challenges please look at the investment around you & know this part of Willoughby Spit history would not be here if the owner had not stepped up and put heart & soul into it! Place is a dump and a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. It's just a dumpy rip off bar. My wife and I stopped by for something to eat and it was a joke. Only ordered 2 teas and 2 flounder sandwiches. We were thinking about ordering calamari but overheard the waitress telling other customers that it wasn't available, along with about half of the things on the menu. Then she comes over to tell us they only had one flounder sandwich 10 minutes after we placed our order. At that point it was already ridiculous so we just decided to leave and actually got charged $7 for 2 drinks that were only ordered to go with meals that we didn't receive! We will never go back or recommend this poor excuse for a restaurant to anyone.

We visited in January. The food was good, the drinks were great but most of all the staff was steller!!We had a great time visiting with the locals. We definitely will return. The prices were not bad at all.

We decided to try this place after hearing some info from friends. What a hole in the wall and everything was very good. I had the steamed shrimp and they were jumbo and very well steamed. Not soggy. Good hush puppies. Dad had the burger and it was big! He said he was actually very good. (The guy from restaurant rescue says that every place needs a good burger) husband had tuna bites (rare) and they were cooked perfectly. We joked about the good crinkle cut fries! Reminded us of Manny Burger fries. Atmosphere is nothing to write home about but go for the food, not the decor.

Not an overly inviting atmosphere. It seemed this was the vibe desired. Perhaps I'll grab a beer here in the future, but due to the "feeling", I will likely grab food elsewhere.
I don’t go to Willoughby BTB often, but when I do, I love it! They make you feel like part of a family! Every bartender is very personable, anttentive, and they even recommend super tasty mixed drinks if you’re unsure what you want. Their knowledge is on point! I cooked professionally for over 10 years and I can tell you, it’s a great place to have a meal or a snack when you’re just hanging out. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. It’s a small place, but that’s honestly kind of the beauty of it! Kind of reminiscent of Doc Taylor’s at the Oceanfront. They even remodeled, opening up the quaint billiard area to be able to have 2 full sized pool tables, beautiful murals hand painted by a local, and they even added an enclosed outside deck! Mind freaking blown about his remodel! Since their remodel, I try to steer people to even come sing some karaoke on Thursdays or Fridays when I go! Absolutely love it!
