after 2 1/2 hours from when I ordered I attempted to call. the restaurant never answered so I was directed to call center. the call center couldn't not get ahold of the restaurant either. I went to the store and bought a frozen pizza for my kids. The order never arrived and I had to call back to the call center for a refund. I don't recommend ordering from here.

ordered over an hour ago. they call saying they are out of large pan pizza so I saud do you have it in medium, they said yes. I said do it in medium. we finally get our order and it's wrong and COLD. I call and the guy is arguing with me over my name and order. its ridiculous then he proceeds to tell me when he finally hears he us wrong that I was told they were out of pan and thin....no I wasn't. not only was he rude and overtalked and was combative HE THEN STARTED TO YELL THAT I WAS ABUSING HIM AND ATTACKING HIM. Then he hangs up on me knowing my order is wrong. I call a different store to figure out how to get a correct order to be told they don't know. so now the location I ordered from refuses to take my call so my husband is taking the order back and I want a full refund

the website said 50 to 60 minute wait. no prob, well, after an hour and half I check the progress of the pizza. it now said two and half hour wait. so i called someone, the lady i spoke with was rude as can be, telling me "if you want your pizza you're going to wait, or just cancel your order." and then after going back and forth with this lady yelling at me and she said she could take 10$ off. ok cool. got my pizza, wings, bread, and cinnamon rolls. everything was cold, hard, and nasty. I ended up throwing everything away, and i never got 10$ back for the 40$ i legit threw away.
do not waste your time or money!

I placed an online curbside order. I was told that my food would be ready by 8:15 so i got there about 8:00 and called them to let them know that i was outside only to be left on hold nobody came back to the phone. So then at 8:43 i go into the store to see what the hold up was and the young lady at the counter told me that they didn't have the large crust that i wanted. She didn't even try to fix the situation by offering me something else. I will not be returning to that store.

I totally understand we are in a pandemic but I ordered 2 regular pizza at 7:30 pm. Talking and not realizing it's now 10:30 pm. No pizza decide to pick it up. still being understanding but $32.00 for 2 regular cheese pizzas. never again. Pizza hut that's a no for me. If I would have caught it in advance I would have never got it. All they could say was sorry. As an establishment when your overwhelmed or under staffed when do you say ok no we are over our head. It's disappointing and Dominos have my vote at this point, anyone but you guys.

I love that they fry their wings hard and i love the lemon pepper flavor the hot wings are ok but over all i love that they offer a variety of flavors.
