we placed an online order through Wingstop’s website. After payment, the site displayed an error message stating it was down and the order was canceled. Assuming it hadn’t gone through, we went to the store and placed another order. The cashier then told us the online order had been received. I checked my bank and confirmed both orders were charged. I immediately asked to cancel the in-store order, but the cashier said they were too busy and couldn’t process refunds. I asked for the manager, but he refused to come our. The cashier returned with a greasy receipt that had a handwritten personal Gmail address, saying the manager told me to email it. I declined, as it wasn’t an official email. The manager refused to give a refund for the in store order just place. My wife called the police because I’ve never experienced a franchisee refusing a refund especially when we showed proof that the online website generated a message saying the order was canceled. Only when the police arrived did the manager appear and claim refunds are handled by corporate. This was an unacceptable experience. I was charged $80 for food I did not receive and now have to jump through hoops for a refund and they didn’t put my full order in the bag plus the wings were cold… GO to a different wing stop this one is horrible

I did a delivery order from wingstop today and I can definitely say this will be my last time ordering from them. I've never had problems with my wing order until today....
I got the boneless wing bundle for the kids today but received bone in wings that were tough and chewy and the fries were burnt.
I call the store (Tidewater drive location) and spoke to a worker named Lorena (name may be misspelled) and she so nonchalant about my concerns.
I hung up the phone called my husband and he told me to call back and speak to a manager and demand a refund so I did.
Had to order a pizza and wings from Chanellos and thank goodness it was perfect. I guess that's what I get for trying to eat something that I'm not supposed to eat with the kids.😒

Don't EVER do a delivery or order through their app. They deliver with Doordash, and the orders are always either handed off wrong or stolen, and they never pick up the phone so you can't get the order fixed or redelivered. Wasted my money one too many times!!

Wings were full of feathers. $60.00 dollars down the drain. Couldn't even take a bite. I will be calling management ASAP.

Food was very subpar at best. Wings were caked in grease. I was able to fill a small bowl up with just that. Fries were very over saturated in salt to the point you can't eat them. Corn was also very overcooked, could probably make popcorn with it. Corn was doused in Cajun seasoning.

This location has a bunch of grown men working there who act like little kids. They have no customer service or patience. It’s better to drive 20-30 mins to a different location than to have to deal with their rudeness

This is the worst wing stop location I’ve been to dirty location employees have a nasty attitude I got a chicken sandwich fries there was no sauce on the sandwich they have never put pickles on the sandwich and the fries were soggy idk what’s going on with this location but take your money to any other Winstop unless you like to throw away money

The amount of times I've placed a pick up order and had them give it away to someone else is insane. Best bet, if you want the food you pay for: order in store and only in store.

Would give a negative if available sent a email to corporate walked in to order told they weren't taking in person orders only online then ask for manger name and then manager acted like she didn't say that and wanted to take my order as I had said I was going to be placing a call to corporate since they refused to take in person orders so called manger non professional didn't want to give name and no name tag on. Won't be going back stay away from this place

Ordered online through the wingstop app. Unfortunately, the food was subpar.

Boneless wings extremely dark and way too crispy. Forgot all of the ranch that was supposed to come with a wing combo and the boneless wing/tender special.

Voodoo fries came in their regular fry boat, soggy, under-seasoned and barely any ranch on those.
