I stood in line. I have an hour waiting for a pick up order. The lady with red hair never acknowledged me but acknowledged everyone else behind me then proceeded to take 25 minutes to make the order and then I had to wait an extra five minutes before she told me that the water was ready. It had been sitting there and she didn’t say anything but was repeating everybody else’s name for their orders. I’ve then had to ask her twice to give me the order that have been sitting there. They were extremely slow is organized, and the seating area was dirty. I would not recommend this establishment and carry out to anybody.

So the website lied and said my order would be ready in 30 mins at the most. 20 mins after ordering, I went in and they didn't even know I had ordered. Never came on their screen, they said even tho I saw it on the order screen next to the register. The place was filled with waiting ppl and the only thing I saw happening was an employee arguing with the manager about being fired. That was 25 mins ago!

First of all the wings weren’t anything special. I wanted well done and they didn’t taste well done. I had a $30 order and a food item was unavailable so instead of telling me when I came to pick up my order, they just decided to tape up the bag and I drove all the way home to realize and then had to drive all the way back questioning where my food was.. Not only that the carrots were like shaved real skinny ( about 6 in the bag ) and they didn’t really have a taste other than watery.

You could say chances of coming back to wingstop are low.

Sorry to say but the only good part of the meal was the French fries. Once my order taken the wait began. Almost 30 to 40 minutes. We waited so long we decided to just take the food home. It was too loud inside the place. The food was placed very strangely-fres just in basket and both wing orders I the same box. Wings had some liquid poured over them and they were still dry. Not impressed at all probably will not go back or recommend to anyone.

Usually regardless of the reviews in this location I haven't had any issues regarding quality of food or cleanliness. Unfortunately, this changed as of today. I ordered on Grubhub from this location only to find a roach crawling around in the bag, all over the fries and probably the wings too, as gross as that was I decided to push past this fact and try eating the boneless wings I ordered.. Only to crunch right into bone, how this works I have no idea but suffice to say I will no longer be eating from this location and I advice others to also avoid this location until things improve.

One of the most filthy restaurants I have been to. The floor is supposed to be terracotta colored, but is black because of caked on grime. The store building is surrounded by trash and overgrown landscaping. Everything is sticky inside the store as if it had never been cleaned. The side walk is blackened upon entry. The food tasted off, described by my 11 year old granddaughter as having chemicals on it. Never again. 🤢

Overall the food was good but this fries were so salty. You almost couldn't eat them. They could have put a little bit more sauce on the wings but the ranch was delicious

I just came from this location it say they closed at 2 am the young lady told me they close at 1am, i think it’s because they wanted to smoke smh they new staff.

DONT RECOMMEND Came to this wing stop on 07/29 didn’t realize they would be busy due to the website stating that it would be a 16-21 wait. I walked in and saw the lobby flooded the worker with the dreads advise to come back 30-40 minutes because of the delay i advised I’d take a refund and she stated “ oh baby that will be even longer “ i told her that was fine I just didn’t want to wait she advised she sat my receipt aside In my heading I was thinking she’d pull off eventually and give me a receipts stating my refund will be processed like any other place would 10 minutes pass and she sees me still sitting there she asked could she help with something I told her yes a receipt to show my refund is coming back then I advised I work at a NFCU and i process disputes i just Need something showing a refund will be given I can’t just go by word of mouth especially with them being super busy. She seemed agitated that i asked Her manager I want to say his name is nick was behind her on the table working and she said “ I’m sorry nick im not trying to bother you i know You busy but this customer want a refund and i already Told her 3-5 business days for a refund and he said irritability “who is it “ i raised My hand and said me he said “ it’s a 5-7 business day wait i will process them tomorrow “ I said the money isn’t the issue i just need proof a refund will come back they consistently made it seem like I just needed the money back immediately when that wasn’t the case i just wanted proof since id be taking their word when it’s 50 other customer waiting as well and my receipt was just placed aside Nick was very agitated and so was the worker being that I requested documentation. I forgot about the order but realized on 08/07 a refund had not be given back to me I did call the restaurant and i believe the same girl who helped that day or attempted to answered the phone she asked for the name of my order and i gave her a brief run down of what happened she stated oh it may be a longer time because a lot of people needed refunds she asked for my name again and then before i could Give it she said oh my manager isn’t here call back tomorrow. What was the point of asking why a refund was being issued back and etc if you was just gone say call back? I don't even get why she’s there. It’s 08/08 still no refund. Luckily I’m not hurting about the money but poor business etiquette and just seeing how the manager reacted because he was in frustrated due to the order but had customers asking questions he doesn’t need to be a manager. Would never go to this wing stop EVER

we placed an online order through Wingstop’s website. After payment, the site displayed an error message stating it was down and the order was canceled. Assuming it hadn’t gone through, we went to the store and placed another order. The cashier then told us the online order had been received. I checked my bank and confirmed both orders were charged. I immediately asked to cancel the in-store order, but the cashier said they were too busy and couldn’t process refunds. I asked for the manager, but he refused to come our. The cashier returned with a greasy receipt that had a handwritten personal Gmail address, saying the manager told me to email it. I declined, as it wasn’t an official email. The manager refused to give a refund for the in store order just place. My wife called the police because I’ve never experienced a franchisee refusing a refund especially when we showed proof that the online website generated a message saying the order was canceled. Only when the police arrived did the manager appear and claim refunds are handled by corporate. This was an unacceptable experience. I was charged $80 for food I did not receive and now have to jump through hoops for a refund and they didn’t put my full order in the bag plus the wings were cold… GO to a different wing stop this one is horrible
