Do not order from this Pizza Hut! It has been more than 2 hours from when my food was estimated to arrive. They handed it off to a DoorDasher 30 minutes ago and they've driven off with it. Now they won't pick up the phone and I have little hope for a refund. Unless you like just giving your money away, do not order from here.

Never order from this Pizza Hut! Twice now they have gave me the lame excuse that they ran out of pizza. Bunch of Lazy people working here obviously. People have a job of doing inventory in these establishments for a reason. No one would actually believe that bull! Never again ill be happy when this store is closed. Wasted my gas twice now with gas as high as it is. Karma is all i have to say. Never again for me...and i see from reviews im not the only one. Is Integrity and having good worth ethic, a thing of the past??

horrible. I ordered a big box with one pizza, one cinnamon breadsticks and the regular breadsticks. They didn't come with ANY seasoning on the breadsticks. I called. It immediately transfers you to a call center. The lady who answered was rude. Didn't want to hear anything I had to say and needless to say. I've still got crappy, unseasoned breadsticks. This location brings a bad reputation to Pizza Hut.

Did not give me the pasta family deal I ordered. Only gave me one pasta and the wrong one at that. Tried to tell me I ordered the wrong one when I never would because I hate the taste of the Marinara. Then said sorry the online website switches orders around. Offered no refund or replacement for the food I paid for and did not receive POS THIEVES

Ordered at 5:10p with a 50-60 min delivery. Called the store at 6:25 and was told the pizza was going out the door. I asked about the temperature and was told it's "in the hot box" which may work with a 10 min delay but an hour and a half?? Tried to give the benefit of the doubt. 6:55p the the pizza shows up... only the order is wrong. So nearly 2 hours, wrong order, cold food. I called back and asked for a refund. "For what?" So I told her then was told the manager left for the evening. At 7pm?? Anyways - I was told to call back in the morning. Pizza Hut needs to shut this place down if they want to maintain a decent reputation.

What a terrible place. We ordered a pizza and it came half cooked and called then they sent another pizza that was literally the exact same as if they couldn't understand how to cook a pizza? Every single review is 1 star for this place it's absolutely terrible and I hope everyone in that place gets fired!

Terrible. I will never order from here again. We were delivered two half cooked pizzas and one was not even cut. We call to tell them at 8pm and they told me they don't deliver after dark. Don't waste your time or money.

Horrible customer service. Pizza is delicious but customer service sucks. Need some etiquette. I ordered by phone the girl talked over me rudely just to turn out wrong. My order came to $26 two days ago, ordered same exact thing today. Total was $45. Wanted to know how did the same items increase $19 in two days!!!! I tried to explain, but she rudely talked over me and wouldn't listen. When she was done loud talking me she charged me $26. Ignorant!!!!

Happy Halloween! Or so I thought, until we decided to order a pizza from here. First of all, let me state that I understand that things are stressed due to the Covid pandemic. We ordered our pizza via online and was told that it would be at our home in 25-30 minutes. Again, realizing time restraints due to the health crisis, I said to myself to not be surprised if it was an hour or a little more. Well, after an hour and a half wait I decided to call the establishment because online the app was telling me it had already been delivered. The first time I called some guy answered speaking some sort of gibberish who placed me on hold. After waiting 10 minutes I realized i was not going to get anyone to pick up. I, then, called a second time and talked with a lady who was rushed, but definitely pleasant enough to tell me that my pizza was on the way and apologized stating that it seemed like everyone was wanting pizza for the night's festivities, about another 30 minutes and our pizza arrived. Finally. After receiving the pizza from a very nice gentleman who didn't have a safety mask on, I took it into the kitchen and opened the box. The round hand tossed pie I had ordered turned out to be rectangle. And the toppings on it were sparse at best, but, by this time we had waited so long and were so hungry we decided to make due and ate it along with an order of boneless chicken wings. I noticed that the taste was a little off, but thought it might have been my tastebuds were compromised from some candy I had earlier. A couple of hours we retired to bed. 3am swings around and I am woken by an extreme urge to vomit. Ran to the bathroom and everything I had eaten came up... I won't go any further with the gory details, but anyone who ate that pizza and/or chicken wings was sick. Let's say, luckily we have more than one bathroom in the house. Today is Monday evening, everyone involved had to miss work or school today. None of us are back to 100%. Looking at the reviews I just found on Yelp! I am somewhat surprised that this place has not been reported to the health department. I suggest that corporate take a long hard look at the problems at this store and act accordingly. I, myself, will be making a call to our local health department and the BBB. George Messer

This place is a 0 for me! Called an hour after receiving a text message saying my order was out for delivery and hadn't received anything. Young lady on the phone was flustered and said they didn't have enough staff and my order is being sent out now. Called ANOTHER HOUR later and young lady states they are delayed by two hours. Called corporate they said to cal store and speak to manager. Calls AGAIN 30 mins later and speaks to a P**** of a man when asked to speak to a manager. Man states the manager too busy to take calls and tried to assist me by cursing me out and hanging up the phone. I call back for the 4th time and the same boy picks up. I ask to speak to a manager he says it'll be 10 mins. After a total of 2 hours and 40 mins passed no pizza. I only ordered a medium cheese pizza and live 5 mins by car. I don't have transportation so ordered delivery. The manager is placed on the phone and states she knows her employee is rude and has spoken to him before about it. Ending it off with NO your pizza has been in the hot box. So here I am starving and pissed with misleading information upon the arrival of a pizza. BBB corporate and anyone else above will hear a word. I already called corporate I'll be expecting a call soon!

Ordered yesterday. Got food fast. That's the only good. After eating about 4 slices I came down with a stomach bug. Everyone in the house got It was bad. Called back the next day to complain and been on hold for 20 minutes so Now I'm on my way in there in person this was last year

This Pizza Hut is terrible. Never order from here. I ordered my food and after 2hrs I haven’t received them so I gave them a call and they said it was already delivered but I never received a call to confirm it was me and on the tracking app it said it was still in route. Please do not order from here!!

Ordered an hour and a half ago , only calling after 30 minutes of order “out for delivery” being told they don’t deliver to my address , after being told twice it was our for delivery even on the phone. Offered to come pick up and was told no, I asked for corporates number because the lack of unprofessionalism as we have been delivered to before but also if they apparently couldn’t why did it take an hour and a half to tell anyone and after even speaking on the phone that they’ll deliver. Claimed they had no “manager” on duty , and that they don’t have “corporate” and i am a former Pizza Hut manager of over 3 years. Do not recommend this Pizza Hut. Use to have no problem until recently.
