We ordrered a pizza last night for dinner . DELIVERY was 45 minutes and pick up was 15 We choose to pick it up It was hot and ready when he got there Got it home and realized we had gotten the wrong pizza It was late and we just ate it They we're very nice and offered to remake it I choose not too and they gave up credit . so overall it was a good experience except it was the wrong pizza Husband said it was very clean inside

Do NOT order from here. I usually just write off bad interactions with businesses as "one-off" encounters but this place has consistently been awful. I've given this place 2 chances and both times they've completely done me wrong. One of those times I put in an order at 7:30 PM (they close at 9:00 PM) and it said 25-35 minute delivery. Checked back around 9 PM and they were closed and had cancelled the order. But they didn't call to let me know that. I had to go through their call center. Awful business. Awful customer support.

The worst Pizza Hut. Placed an order online, after about 40minutes I decided to check the tracker and it said 120-130minutes for delivery. Obviously I don't want to wait that long so I called the store and the experience just got worse. First phone called, they picked up the phone but did not greet me, did not mute me or put me on hold. Instead, I can hear the employees all having conversations in the background. After saying hello several times with no answer, I called back. This time, I was placed on the hold music BUT again, no greeting or anything just straight up put on hold. So I waited, after about 1 minute they then hung up the phone. Called back, immediate pick up and hang up. Customer service is just as useless. Just want to cancel my order and by the time I get to actually speak to someone I will probably have my order here from somewhere else.

Ordered a pepperoni with bacon, got a pepperoni with sausage. 50% right, still delicious. Didn't even try to fix it when I noticed, because I know it would have taken an hour to get my correct pizza.

I ordered delivery paid 34$ for a pizza that was delivered 2.5 hours after order. When I received the pizza it was colder than a dead body. After I complained about my order they said I will revive a 15$ credit for my 34$ order. It is not my fault the pizza was deliver late and it's not my fault that the pizza was cold. So I will give this place and this location 1 star the only reason I gave a 1 star is because there's nothing lower that I can pick.

If I could rate this restaurant a 0 I would! Placed a order and waited over 3 hours, spoke to the store manager BETH which was beyond rude! First and last time dealing with Pizza Hut! Again, BETH was the absolute worse!

Ordered online for curbside pickup today around 2pm and it said it would be ready in 10-15 min. After arriving at Pizza Hut I call to let them know I'm here but instead of actually reaching someone to tell that to- I'm put on hold for 20 min. Keep in mind now it's been 40 minutes past my "order ready time". I decide to hang up and call back. The lady answers the phone rudely saying "we're closed no more orders will be taken". I tell her "well I already placed an order for curbside and I'm here so what is going on with that order". She responds I will be refunded and hung up. Over an hour of my time wasted for disappointment & no food. At least they refunded me but this location sucks.

just nasty people who have no sense of hygiene. You want contactless?? Better not order delivery here cuz youll open your door to a creep dude that was dirty as fuk and he practically shoved receipts in my hands with dirty pen. I'm if I pay online and get contactless I expect contactless..not some creep who's pushing for tips

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut experience ever. First of all they don't pick up when you call. They also ran out of wings and mushrooms which they forgot to tell me. Also the wait time is absurd, I went in a few days ago and they're like 15 people crammed inside. Like seriously they had one person working. No wonder they were such a long wait. Corporate Pizza Hut needs to shut down this franchise. Nothing but bad experiences from this location. If you want to order elsewhere I highly recommend going to a different location. All the negative reviews are spot on. I couldn't agree more.

If i could give no stars I would. I ordered at 6:39, it's almost 8 pm. I called six times no answer so something tells me to check my order online. Here is a screenshot stating my order will be delivered at an eta 10:30 pm. What in the world? This is pure poor customer service!

Ordered my food at 4:17pm. It's 7:30 pm as I type this, still no food. No one's picking up at the location. Safe yourself the frustration and don't order from here.

If I could give a negative review, this Pizza Hut would surely take the cake. I ordered using the app on my phone and received the confirmation email. I waited about forty minutes behind the quoted delivery time to call and check on the status. Whoever answered (Arnita?), kept putting me on hold. She told me to call them back once my pizza arrived for a discount or whatever. First of all, why would I want to eat a cold/lukewarm pizza that would be almost an hour late? I asked to be refunded and she said, "Okay, it should be back in your account within a week." Just to be sure, I asked for a confirmation of my refund. I kid you not, she said, "Oh, hold on. I don't even know how to do it on this system." I kept having to repeat myself to give her my email address because she was very adamant that she had it correct. Which, shocker - she didn't. Save yourself some trouble and don't order from here. If you do, prepare to be stuck talking to an incompetent and rude employee. It is literally your job to work these POS systems and you can't even do that correctly or use the GPS on your phone to navigate your way to deliver food in a timely manner? Also, the reason for my canceled order wasn't because I "changed my mind."

CAN A LAWSUIT BE FILED FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE? SERIOUS QUESTION! whew chile this is the worst establishment in the world. I don't know whyyyyyy I keep ordering from this store but this is the LAST time. Why hasn't this place been s*** down yet? There's ALWAYS an issue. Do these things (reviews) do any good? Because these Pizza Hut employees need someone in there to actually get work done cus chile this is horrible. ZERO STARS!
