We've come here quite a few times over the years, but as of visiting April 18 2024, I feel like this place has gone downhill. The last few times there's been a decline in its quality, and I think today might be the last time I come here. Barely any soda selection, the tables are cleaned, but not maintained IE. napkins refilled, and the attitude of the place just doesn't radiate like it used to.

Someone there likes to follow to many social media trends. Got my pizza, tasted great, this would have been a 5 star review. Except one of the cooks likes to cut off slivers of pizza as a snack for themselves and push the pizza together trying to pretend nothing happened. The management the denied my claim with slice claiming "it was delivered"

While I used to love going here, the service lately has been terrible. When I arrived to pick up my online order that I placed 30 minutes ahead of time I was immediately told there would be a wait because they have been busy. They didn’t even look to see if my pizza was ready. Luckily, I will say mine was made.
Apparently they don’t even look at online orders when they have a line. Either hire more staff or disable online ordering. See the picture for how many online orders were chilling on the register with maybe 6-7 people in line.

This place is dirty and has almost nothing they market. They have no wines, no gelato, and almost no soda options. The floor itself is covered in food and the pizza line looks like they’ve never wiped it down. The service is slower and definitely needs improving.

We ordered 2 kids pizza meals and breadsticks. All the food was cold, the Gelato was grainy?? And the diet coke was beyond flat. Wanted to try something new, definitely won't be going back for this being 30 dollars.

What a nice surprise, they use a traditional Italian fire burning oven, each pizza is handmade, you choose a large variety of toppings almost like subway, and it's delicious, I'm personally hooked. I haven't tried the pasta yet.Kid-friendliness: Kids can build their own pizza

Food wasn't good, mod pizza was 100% better tbh. Atmosphere was literally just like mod pizza, so? I'm not sure what they were going for. Crust was burnt.
I have only ordered here once (today) and i opted for delivery. The pizza was amazing, i ordered the “Nats Chicken Pesto” pizza and it was soo good, quality ingredients make all the difference ??. Delivery was on time from making the pizza to arriving at my door. Im looking to order the “Bacon Cheddar Pizza” or the “Everything Pasta” next time and cant wait to try them!

I eat here a couple of times a month with a friend. We always “build our own” pizza and it’s delicious. Always. But the people who work here are so unhappy! Their unfriendliness and sour facial expressions ruin what should be a relatively painless experience.

I walked in on 11/24 around 7:15/30 and multiple employees acknowledged me but didn’t greet or even asked what I wanted to order. I had to ask them if I could order a pie. I ordered the Lineage Supreme, the girl who made the pizza didn’t seem to want to make my food. I decided to dine in, they brought out the 10 inch pizza and the crust was soggy and paper thin. The tables were dirty & it wasn’t busy so I didn’t understand that. This was my first and last time coming here, definitely should’ve went to papa johns or even Harris teeter next door.

11/10/23 , 7pm - The young man making our pizza was kind, respectful and apologetic that he was out of alfredo sauce . There were 6 employees in the kitchen and only 3 of them appeared to be working. 2 young men making pizzas and a young lady at the cutting station. The other 3 employees were playing around and 2 of them (a young man and young woman) were kissing in front of the oven . Certainly a lack of professionalism in the kitchen .Parking: Good parking.
