Best Chinese in Norfolk. Not only Norfolk, but Ghent Norfolk. If you want high quality food and awesome service with respect, you found the perfect fast food Chinese restaurant. A++ service!
Yummy Wok is (as far as I know) the only place in the area that does Northern Chinese doughy dumplings, and they are wonderful. Rich and savory filling, garlic-soy-ginger-chive-vinegar dumplings sauce perfectly balanced, dough springy and chewy and comfort-food thick (and not tough or gluey, just worked exactly right). This dish is my food equivalent of a weighted blanket: heavy enough to settle and ground the body and mind, but also so flavorful that it cheers up the spirit....
This place has authentic food. We know.. we've lived in Asia for many years ! We tried the Singapore noodles, spicy 😋. The pork finally had the beef. All very well cooked. We enjoyed well priced food that is cooked well. Furthermore, it's nice to support a family business!
