I haven't ever been to this location, and my experience was fabulous, the service was very fast & they made my sub just as I asked for, extra toasty,extra oil& vinegar, with out onions, with pepper relish on the side. I am working near this location and since they did a great job on making my sub my way I'm going back tomorrow. Keep up the great SERVICE !!!!!!!

The food and staff were great! So good! The store however, was run down and in dire need of a remodel. Bead lighting, flooring was worn out, decor needs a boost.

The staff are incredibly friendly and sweet but this location has been horribly neglected by management. The cielings tiles should've been replaced years ago, the AC was broken and is weeks from being replaced apparently, the entire establishment needs a restoration or to close down because the food is even suffering. Everything taste as stale as the condition of the restaurant unfortunately.

FINALLY found a Zero’s that makes a grub steak and cheese like they did in the 70’s! I have been to 99% of the Zero’s is Hampton Roads, 90% of which I wouldn’t waste my money on! This Zero’s food, staff & atmosphere are the BEST! And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to talk to Sparkle! She treats this store like she OWNS it! So happy, friendly & helpful! We’ll be back again and again!

Honestly worst service I’ve ever experienced. Did a call in order for pick up and the lady over the phone repeated it back to me.(all eight of them).Got there 30 minutes after ordering and the subs weren’t ready.waited 20 more minutes till the food was ready and left to come to work. Once I got to work I realized I was missing not 1 sub but two. Call zeros and the lady was disgustingly nasty and rude and I asked to talk to corporate and she said go on their website and then proceeded to hang up. I’m absolutely disappointed and upset with the way they treat people.

I ordered 2 BBQ sandwiches 1 with cheese and 1 without cheese and both with coleslaw. When I got home both sandwiches had cheese on them but it was no coleslaw and no hotsauce which they advised it would have to be on the side. I said ok. I called the establishment to find out they want to come all the way back on that side of town with the sandwich with the cheese on it or to even get the coleslaw that was not in the bag with the sandwiches. The supervisor that answered the phone was very rude and nasty attitude not my fault the cook messed the order up not following directions.

Usually have the best subs and experience at this location, the only one I’d eat at but TODAY we ordered 2 Turkey and cheese subs, there is literally one piece of meat on the sandwich. ONE. And no sincere apology to fix it just nonchalant ok. Also had to drive to take the subs back to get my money back. Please see photo. Never again.

7:30 pm myself and my girlfriend on 1/10/ 24 we was sold a burnt sub , when bringing it back at 7:40 they refused to make another one because my girlfriend took a bite out of it the lady and gentlemen was very rude to us so we just left, I will never ever go back again, what kind of company will serve someone burnt food

Website says they are open till 8 pm. Door says they are open till 8pm, I tried to walk in at 730 and the doors are locked, grill was clean, employee would not look at me when I asked why they were closed.
No signs in the windows saying closing early nothing, no wonder you can't keep business if your not operating your operational times.

I ordered through Grubhub and requested that my sub not have any onions or oil and vinegar. However, it arrived covered in oil and with onions stuffed inside the meat. I did not call in my order; I placed it through the app, so there should be no reason for this mistake. I contacted Grubhub and they issued me a refund. I am very disappointed because this could have been a serious issue if someone had a food allergy or other dietary restriction. It is important to be careful and accurate when preparing food orders, as people's health could be at risk.
