I ordered this meatball sub extra toasted and with extra cheese. The oven went out while making our sandwiches so I took the sub semi toasted. No problem with that. My problem was the dry cheese deficient sandwich I received. I called to give them a chance to make it right. I was told I had to bring the sandwich back and they would remake it but they were behind because the oven went out. Look at this sandwich and tell me if this makes any sense. The sauce does not even cover the bread and I did not receive extra cheese. I didn't even ask for a refund. I just wanted them to give me a partial refund. At least the cheese. DANG. ZEROS ON CHESAPEAKE BLVD IN NORFOLK. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Ordered the steak and cheese. Probably the worst sub I've ever had. Hardly no meat. cold and tasteless.
Fries were cold and unsalted. They picture crinkle fries, but they are shoestring fries instead.
Not worth the money. you can get a better sandwich at 7-11..

Stopped in for a quick takeout meal yesterday, and honestly was surprised by the quality! The turkey and cheese had light mayo and light tomato which was refreshing. The ladies behind the counter definitely worked hard and put effort into the to-go order. Definitely was cheaper and better than the quality the subways are doling out anymore!

I love zeros. Im unsure what is going on now with them if they hired someone incompetent or what. Everytime I order from here now itâs half assed and missing add ons. I ordered a chicken Philly with extra cheese and mushroom with mayo for my mom. It is literally just loaded with so much mayo itâs ridiculous. Barely any cheese and no mushrooms. Very disappointed since Iâve come here for years. Iâd always tell people they have the best subs!! Not anymore!! This is the 3rd strike.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 10 out of 10 would and will recommend again!! I had a great experience from being greeted, being helped navigating the menu, and then with the actual sub!!! HUGE shoutout to Autum for putting my sub together with ease and expertise at the same time running a tight ship! (I ordered a Philly w/extra everything! :D) Also to the other gentlemen on shift: Linden and Makhai for being responsible and helping me out with the menu!!
Don't order from Uber eats, they will short your order then tell you, you have a combo on them, just come by and say Candice sent you only to find that they left it for a drink and a bag of chips. Then to tell you they have no way to contact Candice. I have been coming to this establishment for over 29 years and my wasn't fetwell so.ordered thru Uber eats only to be let down buy not getting my correct order, and then driving up here to get what was promised to be treated with an attitude and the situation still not made right.

This order I received one of two subs that I ordered was not delivered. One was a grinder. One was a half of cheese steak but I got another grinder instead.
