Been coming to this location on and off since I was a kid. My family got subs and there was a long black textured curly hair in my Philly!! I was so repulsed I couldn’t take another bite. People need to work wear better hair nets or something.

Nice little place that brings back memories of the sandwich shops that my family went to in the 70s and 80s. The grinder was great, staff was super nice, and the restrooms were clean too!

This is the second time this place gave my daughter and I food poisoning/diarrhea.. I had to throw it up and was still on the toilet for hrs. Definitely not going there again. They fell off a lot.. save yall money and go else where.

We were very disappointed our subs weren’t made the way we ordered them. My daughter’s sub had extras on it that she didn’t order. Mine’s was missing condiments and other items. I usually visit Zero’s in Chesapeake and Salem Road.

This store continues to take my money and laugh at your customers when they don't get what was paid for. Paying extra money for extra cheese and don't even get cheese at all on either sub, along with several other issues before even getting there. It's called integrity and stealing money from locals that have been customers for 20 years plus isn't funny to me. Management needs to be on site at night or you're going to lose all the folks that have been going here for years due to letting kids run the place without supervision. I will be bringing these two subs back to the store in the morning to discuss with an adult manager regarding the people working tonight that could care less about the future of this business, at least it seems based on the service provided tonight.
the young man that works around 5:30/6 p.m. did a greeeeattt job sandwich i got the turkey and cheese it was soo good (i devoured it b4 getting a pic) lol and well put together ratios was perfect I only write bad reviews lol so give him a raise or promotion for reallllllllll & the young lady was cleaning keep it tidy as i came in!!!! i highly recommend

I ordered a tuna sub and my food was made sloppy and my bread was burnt when it was made over they still did not get it right because they still never put the hot peppers on it like I asked them the first time. This use to be my favorite sub place to eat but not anymore because no matter what sub I get they don't make it right and prices have went up significantly a whole sub was 8.99 depending what u got but now they are 14.99 depending on what kind
