“Today I came for the third time to this restaurant, I like to order sweet and sour because the sauce is perfect, today I ordered sweet and sour pork and it was delicious.

The girl who helped me was very friendly and the waiting time was exactly what she indicated. As for the atmosphere, I think they should fix it up a little so that it doesn't look like a restaurant that is about to close, but the food is excellent, my order today was very well seasoned and not at all tasteless like others places.

“Ist time customer- Ordered from DoorDash and I'll definitely order from this restaurant again. The Steamed Pork Bun has a nice flavor and the bun was soft but firm like it should be. The Steamed Veggie Bun was very tasty. The filling for that is like eating the filling of a veg eggroll. Both of the above buns were perfectly steamed! The Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings were my fave- so yummy, juicy, and just a great flavor. I would have liked a variety of sauce options instead of the same dipping sauce for the buns & dumplings to jazz things up a bit, but this was a really nice dining experience. Pretty traditional in terms of the sauce. The site is not allowing me to post pics with this review but the filling was pretty generous in both buns as well as in the dumplings. The Chicken Soup was just ok- it's missing a little something, maybe just needs some seasoning.“

“I’ve been 5 times to Hot Pot 757 Midlothian and it never disappoints. Most recently celebrated my husband’s birthday! The staff was so very attentive, plenty of food to choose from and upon ordering food would arrive table side in moments of ordering. And if you let them know it’s a birthday, the robot will sing to the birthday person!“

“In my efforts to try new places I ordered takeout today from Fresh Wok. The order consisted of BBQ Spare ribs, BBQ Rib Tips, Chicken on a stick, Beef on a stick, Crab Rangoon and Shrimp Egg Foo Young with a side of Gen Tso's sauce. The Ribs and Rib tips had the same sauce. A little overly sweet but a solid B for flavor and smell. The one drawback was the rib tips unexpectedly had bones. The Crab Rangoon was slightly greasy and harder than expected. The filling was predominantly cream cheese and onion. Would give it a C and probably not reorder. The beef on a stick was Flavorful but a bit thin and dry. C+ The chicken on a stick was juicy but not as Flavorful C-- The Shrimp egg Foo Young was fairly standard if a bit bland C and the side of General Tso's sauce was overly sweet lacking spice. C The overall food experience was passible but may not be good enough to draw me back.

As a follow up. The Ribs and Rib Tips remain tasty the next day as did the Egg Foo Young so I bumping a star for longevity and for Owners response. I appreciate how they accept and work to learn from reviews. Will definitely give them another shot on some other dishes.“
