“We had a small wedding reception at OCB and while I would recommend it as a venue, I’d also recommend writing down exact details of what you want the event to go like. I don’t know if we ended up with inexperienced staff or just an odd night, but nothing really went like it should have. We were told two bartenders but there was only one, they didn’t seem to know when to bring out the food even though we said it was an open buffet, we asked them to serve slices of a cake from the back and instead they just placed it on a tray in the front and our guests had to slice and serve themselves. Every time we met with Bill he reassured us they’d done so many events and wedding there that they had it down pat, but it definitely didn’t seem like they did. On the whole, I’m still glad we had our reception there. The venue is awesome and the food is amazing! I’ve always heard great things about people using them as catering at other venues.“

From the planning process all the way through the execution of the day, Lauren and her staff truly took our experience to the next level. She accommodated each of our requests and made sure we felt like our day was catered to us. The staff also was top notch. They ensured our drinks were full all night and even watched out for our immediate family and their requests too — it was amazing! Not to mention, the food selections were truly incredible. Our entire guest list was raving about how delicious everything was and how simple yet unique the offerings were. I couldn’t say enough good things about Goodrich! I highly recommend!“

“Everyday Gourmet was the absolute BEST! We chose them for our caterer at our wedding, based on our venue's recommendation, and they did not disappoint. Ellie and Alyssa were so easy to work with. They were professional, easy going and always asked the right questions or made helpful suggestions. They are so knowledgeable and I'm so glad we had them for our wedding planning process. As for the food.. it was absolutely DELICIOUS. We were so blown away at the tasting and again at our wedding. The Shrimp and Grits were the biggest hit -- it was such a last minute choice, but it was the most talked about meal. Food was one of our biggest priorities, and it's so hard to please everyone, but we had SO much good feedback from our guests. “I have been to the Garden of Eden twice now and have had a pleasant experience each time. The front desk women are friendly, kind, and welcoming. I have been a vegan for seven years now, but not necessarily taking the health aspect seriously until recently. Dr Aseena Madison is my primary care doctor. She is very thoughtful and takes the time to explain things to me in a way that I can understand. She went through my lab results one by one, giving me recommendations for healthy food options to eat to improve my numbers. She took the time to get to know me and made me feel a part of their community there. I’m really happy that someone recommended her to me because I feel much more in control of my health and wellness. It is clear that she is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves, and is not one to resort to prescription medicines that don’t get at the cause of the problem. Each and every staff member in attendance was extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. Todd worked with us when we fell slightly behind on our timeline due to a photography issue and helped us move the buffet line quicker than planned to help accommodate. Not to mention, the food was wonderful and all of the guests were raving about it. His staff also fed each of my staff members at the event which they obviously were incredibly thankful for.
