The Mosaic team recently catered a wedding at our venue for the first time. They were super friendly, very professional, and followed all guidelines expected of them as the caterer that night. The food was wonderful and the couple and family that hired them seemed very happy with their service. We'd welcome them back again and again!
Mosaic catered our wedding on 9/19 and did a fantastic job! When we began our planning we knew we wanted one of our favorite bbq places to cater for dinner. I called several caterers in Richmond and many were unwilling to work with us if they couldnt cater the whole meal. Only two allowed this openness. Colin Einhaus was very helpful! He helped us select a theme for the event (Mediterranean), helped pick the food items for the event, and coordinated the timing for the delivery of the food and all of the set up materials. Megan Cary (our daughter) delivered, set up, replenished the food as needed, and helped break down the entire event! The food was absolutely amazing! All of our guests were very impressed!
