The Mosaic team recently catered a wedding at our venue for the first time. They were super friendly, very professional, and followed all guidelines expected of them as the caterer that night. The food was wonderful and the couple and family that hired them seemed very happy with their service. We'd welcome them back again and again!
Missy far exceeded our expectations for a baby shower. The layout of the food was perfect for our theme, she asked the right questions weeks in advance to ensure the food display table would capture our theme perfectly. She acted more like an event coordinator than a caterer, you won’t regret working with them.
We are so happy we chose MOSAIC to feed all our loved ones on our wedding day. Our guests are STILL coming up to us talking about how great the food was! We largely worked with Missy, who was so professional and knowledgeable - she was also a great grounding presence during the planning, as I knew I could trust her with anything.
