We used MOSAIC for our wedding and had great service from Tim. I had worked with him before in corporate events and always had good experiences. Day of the wedding I truly felt his attention to detail and support. The food was great, got rave reviews from our guests, and we tackled a number of dietary restrictions to boot.
I can’t rave enough about my experience with Mosaic and Tim Dean. We put on a 400+ person gala and from beginning to end we were met with professionalism, innovation, and graciousness. We planned for 2 years and even had to reschedule due to the ice-pocalypse. Mosaic, and Tim especially, made the process smooth and flawless. All attendees were amazed and found it to be ‘a perfect evening’. I look forward to using them in the future for our next event.
I’ve had the chance to work with the Mosaic Catering team across several weddings and events, and they’ve consistently been wonderful to partner with. Tim has been especially great to work with. He’s responsive, kind, and always on top of communication, which makes coordinating event details so much smoother.
