Mosaic catered our wedding on 9/19 and did a fantastic job! When we began our planning we knew we wanted one of our favorite bbq places to cater for dinner. I called several caterers in Richmond and many were unwilling to work with us if they couldnt cater the whole meal. Only two allowed this openness. Colin Einhaus was very helpful! He helped us select a theme for the event (Mediterranean), helped pick the food items for the event, and coordinated the timing for the delivery of the food and all of the set up materials. Mosaic did an amazing job catering our wedding. Their staff including Missy & Bily were friendly, professional, and prompt, and everything throughout the night ran smoothly. We especially loved the dessert bar and the slushies, which were perfect for our 7/11 wedding and a huge hit with our guests. We were so happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend Mosaic to anyone planning their wedding.
