I went through drive-thru and place the same order which is using the coupon for the family meal with half/half of spicy and original as I have 2 small grandkids. I get the same order every time, today I was told there’s a 5 minute wait for chicken of which I find totally unacceptable as this is a chicken restaurant. Your job is to serve chicken, WHY is there a wait? Nonetheless I was also told I can’t mix my order as I always do. The young man stated they’ve never allowed that, this is a flat out LIE from hell as I always place my order the same exact way! I will never use the Popeyes again! They’re lazy and unaccommodating when you’re spending your money! I left and didn’t purchase anything and never will!

I almost never leave negative reviews, but this service was terrible.
I work as a DoorDash delivery driver, and every time I come to this Popeyes, I have to wait a long time -usually 10 to 30 minutes. Today I waited 30 minutes for one order.
This was Sunday around 6 PM, a busy time, and there were only about five employees working. That is clearly not enough for the rush. The staff was moving very slowly, and other customers were also complaining about the wait.
A woman behind me even asked how long I had been waiting, and when I told her 20 minutes, she was shocked.
This happens too often at Popeyes. The service is extremely slow and needs serious improvement.

First I was picking up a customer order from Uber eats the area where you pick up was blocked off with plexiglass couldnt pick up and go like it should. Second I show my customer pickup name and a young teen girl just looked at it and walked off didnt give a rats ass because I was white and she was black so showing racism here for sure. Third they treated customers who are white with no respect at all so another sign of racist here. Fourth there was a manager who was vapping in the back I saw. Fifth they dont care about the customers who are white they just flick you off like a flee who they don't care about.

This is my favorite Popeyes in the area. For some reason it tastes the best, the chicken is crispier and the staff is very friendly.

Quality employees must be trained or possess qualities to work with the public
Night experience…
Young man wearing earring(s) very dismissive…tried engaging him he set my order on the counter as though he was dismissing me…
Hoping he’s gone too
But, this is the best location on this side of Chesterfield!

Trust in the reviews. Place an online order, got to the store to find out I had to wait for chicken. Again, it's a chicken place. I asked about canceling the order, and was told I would have to do it online. You can't cancel orders online.

I remember when they opened.Great! Way different now but they're hot and cold. Depends on the day I guess. I always order spicy and they haven't gotten it right yet for some reason. Sometimes I have to wait, other times like tonight they just give me regular and say nothing. Like they can't tell the difference and think I won't be able to either. Too inconsistent! Tired of being disappointed.
