Horrendous… They make delivery drivers wait twice as long as other customers.

Horrible food poisoning from this location on 9/15

They pulled me forward on a mobile order. Then took 20mins to make 3 chicken tenders. Zero sense of urgency. Never used to be this bad, seems like they have had multiple changes in management. I'd recommend going to Chick-fil-A a tenth of a mile up the road.

I love Popeyes but not from this location. An employee ALWAYS has an attitude every time I go here and the chicken always tastes like it’s been sitting for awhile. The one further up Midlothian is much much better.

5:30 p.m. out of spicy chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches. Had to repeat order 4 times as it seemed the worker at the drive thru was not paying attention, in the least. Why bother going if you can't get what you want without waiting 18 minutes for food to be available.

The manager Nahzae? Or Naszae? Was so rude. I was given the wrong order and they were closed when I realized it, so called the next day and she told me I would need to bring the chicken back. Be serious.

I love Popeyes food but not from this place. This is my 3rd time having a chicken sandwich there and each time it gets worse. I told the drive through attendant 3 times, "no pickle". And what did I get? Pickles. The sandwich was dry and couldn't get the pickle flavor out of it, ended up throwing it away.

I just want to start by saying the manager Jordan was superb I ran into a situation where I went to the Popeyes, not too far from this location and was completely disgusted with the outcome Mr. Jordan Redeemed my feelings for Popeyes chicken I got hot fresh food, good service and he even apologized for the other stores mistakes couldn’t ask for any better management experience and you can tell his employees really feeds off his energy Can’t wait to go back in on top of it.
