I have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile. I decided to give it a try during lunch time. Upon entering, it was only one couple in there. I asked for a take out menu. I ordered the California roll, shrimp tempura roll and the Japanese bagel roll. The sizes of the rolls are smaller than what I am use to. My husband and I went for his birthday. It was a Sunday at 7pm and the place was empty. We got 3 rolls of sushi and they were good. Service was great our waitress was very attentive. The only downside we had was the music. For a Rock & Roll place I was extremely disappointed that they played Kid Rock. Besides that terrible music choice everything else was great and we will be going back.
Daquan deserves 5 stars on his own. I don’t know what kind of witchcraft he’s doing back there in the kitchen, but that man has no business making sushi this good. At one point I considered asking if he was accepting applications for friendship because I need this kind of consistency in my life. Give Daquan a raise, a trophy, partial ownership of Rock N Roll Sushi… something. The man is carrying the seafood industry on his back ❤️
