I came to pick up my mobile order at 7:26pm as the app said to, I waited in the mobile order pick up line for approximately 30 minutes with no one attempting to explain the delay. Finally a worker came to the register and I asked how to cancel my mobile order and get a refund because I had been waiting for 30 minutes, she stated she didn't know and to call back in the morning because they were the only place open and that had power on. Usually love dairy queen. They have one of the only salads and dressings I don't have problems with, I cant have gluten. Today I spent most my lunch hour in a drive thru for a salad. When I got it from the bag the lettuce was noticably brown and mostly hard ends of the salad. There was barely any lettuce in it and so that made the fact 50% of it was brown worse.
