We only get drinks from here because the app makes it relatively cheap, but by golly if you don't wait forever and a day for anything even if you order on the app ahead of time. It takes even longer if you go through the drive thru. They need to pick up the speed.
I don't like just putting reviews out there without giving a store the opportunity to fix them but they didn't give me my receipt so that's why I didn't bother calling to let them know I didn't have my order correct. I gave 3 stars because we ordered and paid on the app and checked in on the app when we got there and we were forgotten about twice. We sat there for 30 minutes before I pressed the button to check on our order, they were really busy so I figured it was taking a few minutes and I arrived about 5 minutes early.
