They tend to hold you up at the order board especially if you are the only car. Its only when they have finished it where they ask you to pull up to the second window causing a slight delay.

Went in tonight and there was a young boy working and he definitely is a hard-worker and a kind soul I didn’t get his name but he’s Hispanic curly hair and probably a student, but I wish I could just bless him. He definitely deserves a 5 star and the employee of the month award but I hope this helps

The manager here today on 08/01/2025 she is so rude and arrogant. I came in with my clients who have disabilities they want to order she said they can’t take order from the desk we have to use the app on the big screen I tried it didn’t work I told her about it and she said well if my clients don’t want to order they should leave. Except one tall black guy with dreadlocks that came and help us took their orders.

Fly’s Everywhere! Drink station surrounded by them. Couldn’t even enjoy my meal without swatting away those bug’s.
Do not eat at this Burger King. I have been here multiple times over the past year and it is always a disappointment. The final straw was having a hair on my yet again cold burger. When I asked for a new one they denied there was a hair despite showing the obvious black strand on top to three different employees. In the end I did get a new burger but after much back and forth.

this place can't fulfill an Uber eats order properly. I ordered adouble bacon cheeseburger, and they miss one of the patties. I ordered the buy 1 get 1 chicken sandwich, they only send 1. I'm here complaining because you're Uber eats prices are already way too high that I'm forced to buy deals and cheaper items. where is the quality control? management is not helpful at resolving issues at all.

My husband ordered a special family meal drive-thru. On the website it cost 32 dollars (new limited one with dragons) he was told that it could not work and they counted the leather option separately and the standard and not special, which he already found out when he got home. It was an order for two chicken sandwiches, two specialty burgers, fries and ice cream. Instead of ice cream, they offered a milkshake and the total was $52! Moreover, they did not give us napkins and straws for the milkshake that they themselves offered!
The chicken sandwiches tasted like nothing, the food was no taste at all, I liked only the milkshake. But the overall impression is spoiled.

Never go to this place. Worker name Nadia is very rude and I still don’t understand why do this people have her working here. No one is responding. Worst service worst people. Vapid this place as much as you can.
