Ordered an impossible whopper and two kids meals chicken nuggets. All the food was cold and hard. I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t place a complaint to their website. Will not go back to this location

The employee (or possibly manager by now) named Esmeralda at the BK at 3035 Centreville Road is always very friendly to customers and always very courteous and helpful when advising customers when customers want to know more about the food or prices, etc. Esmeralda is always doing something. Even when there are no customers to be served she is always cleaning, mopping, emptying trash cans, filling the drink machine with ice, etc. She is very cheerful, courteous, and talks to customers so that the dining experience is always a pleasant one. Why can't there be more consistent service at this location. My son treated me to a birthday lunch and my Bacon King Bacon Burger was disgusting. Look at how it was fixed and what I had to scrape off to make it edible.

Had to wait 30 minutes to pick up my online order. They seemed pretty busy so.. it happens. I get home to find out King Jr meal is missing fries and drink. The food was okay. I'll probably try other burger kings in the area and skip this one.
