Very disappointing! This was my second time here and I don’t think I’ll be back. I ordered the NOVA lox and right away I noticed it had an odd smell. The first time I had it it was great so I thought I was over thinking it this time but nope! The fishy smell was so strong and stinky I couldn’t even finish it and the hash brown just isn’t good. I got a stomach ache within minutes of eating the food :/

Foods great and the employees churn orders out quickly and effectively. Don't go in expecting world-class customer service, that's not what this place is about. They're pretty apathetic about how you're day is going or any fru-fru bootlicking- you place your order and like two seconds later it's out and it's delicious.

Ordering was awkward and difficult. The cashier spoke extremely softly and I could not understand her. And the person who announced the order numbers did the same, speaking quickly such that I could not understand what anybody was saying. The food was fine.
