I ordered a latte and got a drink that resembled an americano with cream, so I asked for it to be remade. I was grateful that the barista was kind and happy to remake it. My breakfast sandwich tasted a little dry, maybe it wasn’t very fresh.

Most DD are the same and service is ordinary but today’s experience told me that this person deserves a shout out.
Nandani, an employee who stood out from the rest. As I sat there and had my coffee, I observed her positive energy and hospitality from the minute I walked in. It was the same for every single person that walked through the door from customers to delivery people. A contagious smile and willingness to work, welcoming and whether it was serving or sweeping...

Had a delicious breakfast sandwich and great cold brew with sweet foam- but all 5 stars go to the two employees working so hard to handle so many orders coming in online, and keeping quality high, despite rude and impatient customers.
