If you’re craving authentic Thai food, this restaurant is a must-visit! The service here is absolutely outstanding—every staff member is kind, attentive, and makes you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. I’ve tried several dishes on the menu, but nothing beats their drunken noodles—easily the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked noodles, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of spice. You can really taste the care put into every dish. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the quality and service are consistently top-notch. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently visited Kob Kun Fine Thai Cuisine, and we had a wonderful experience. I have been searching for authentic Thai food for some time, and I am happy to say that I finally found it here. The ambiance is laid-back and relaxing, providing the perfect atmosphere for a casual meal. The service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. We ordered a variety of dishes, including curry, soup, Pad Kra Pao, and several appetizers, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. Each bite was rich in flavor, beautifully prepared, and a true reflection of traditional Thai cooking. I highly recommend Kob Kun Fine Thai Cuisine to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Thai dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Thai food. I got the drunken noodles, and my wife got the pad Thai. We were both extremely happy with the food. I will say you should approach the spice levels with caution. In true authentic Thai fashion, the perception of spice is objectively different from standard American-ized food. If you only want a little kick, leave your spice levels at 0 if you want your sinuses to clear, the 1 will do the trick. Anything above would be too much for me, and potentially you. But don't let that scare you. This is an absolutely gourmet Thai offering worthy of your purchase. Living close to Kob Kun, I plan on having their food often, and I would highly recommend exploring their menu yourself.

We got take out here and they included edamame. We had the best chicken pad Thai and drunken noodles. Also highly recommend the curry puffs!

This place is a true gem!

The appetizers alone are worth the visit—especially the crispy spring rolls and the puffs, both of which were full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection.

For the main course, the Pad Thai and the Drunken Noodles were absolutely fantastic. The spice level was spot on, and the noodles were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

The Green Curry was another highlight, with rich coconut milk and the right amount of spice, complemented by fresh Thai eggplant and basil

Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Kob Kun is a must-try.

My daughter and I have made this "our place" to go together when it's just the 2 of us. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is always good with decent portions. The mango sticky rice is our favorite.

One of the best Thai places I’ve been to in a while. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable.

For starters, we got the only chicken tom kha and the yum caramelized dried fish salad. Both were out of this world. The tom kha was packed with chicken and vegetables, but the soup itself was good enough to eat on its own. This was the first time we tried a caramelized dried fish salad but it’s probably our favorite now.

For entrees, we got the fish prik glua and crispy duck with basil. Both were wonderful. Each came with a good amount of fish/duck and vegetables. We were too full to get desert but will definitely try next time.

My friends and I love this place so much. It used to be right around the corner from me and now is a 25 min drive but still so worth it!!! Workers are very polite, food comes out fast, great portions, and can’t beat the free edamame appetizer (even with take out orders). I love Kob Kun so much :)

I ordered Crispy Spring Rolls, Drunken Noodles (Beef), and Pad Thai (Chicken).

The food was SOOOO GOOD. One of the best Thai restaurants in Fairfax/Oakton/Vienna area.

The portion was just right. They used fresh ingredients even though I picked up my food around 9:15 PM before their closing time.

The egg rolls had just the perfect amount of stuffings and crust. My drunken noodles beef tasted so good. Beef was very well marinated and both the noodles and beef were stir-fried correctly.

This place will be my go to Thai place from now on… Thank you for making really good Thai food!

Overall had a great experience. Prices are reasonable. Servers are very attentive and nice. They even gave free edamame as a starter for lunch which I loved.

For me, my “drunken fried rice” wasn’t flavorful. The spice level was good. And the ingredients seemed fresh. But it was bland for me. I think missing more garlic and oyster sauce. I also don’t think they used Thai peppers. There was a lot of black pepper, which I’ve never seen for a Thai dish. Should use white pepper instead.

My friend has the jungle curry was delicious and flavorful.

The shrimp cakes were good as well. But not great and would’ve preferred Thai fish cakes.
