I love this store. The staff is always so quick and friendly. They always have my cheese danish ready before I even place the order. Bes manager ever.

I ordered cheese danish. Waited almost 15 minutes and I finally ask the status of my order and found out they were run out. The manager excuse was we are extremely busy. If there busy and dont have enough pastries then how come took my order and wasted my time for nothing . And the manager said I can give you money back yeah after wasting my time . Worse manager ever! . Will never ever come back to this shop.

Unfortunately this is the closest of the coffee shops in my neighborhood, and I have been experiencing bad service more frequently. I ordered a brewed coffee to get it fast but first she forgot it, when I went after a few minutes to remind her she apologized and put the cup under the dispenser and then forgot it again. Left the coffee shops without getting that freaking coffee while paid for it.

My go to spot but lately slow service seems new hired people unable to do the job leaving one person doing most of the work. Waited 11 min for a drink. Seems online orders supersede all ins too. 😝

Friendly staff! Always quick and correct orders. Location near metro draws some sketch. Music fairly loud but there is worse. Good outside seating, limited indoor. More a grab and go

Store is super clean but I don’t think this place has any customer service training, I placed an online order and when I can to pick up the order it was not there and the barista who was making the drinks could not find order details, he called 2 separate Baristas to assist but they were busy making drink and warming up food for a colleague or may be manager who was leaving shift. Nobody even acknowledged me or said anything, we’re busy speaking and discussing personal business. Baristas may be good at taking orders and making drinks but lack the basic customer service skills. Hoping something is done to improve the service

Nice people, very slow service! Never understand why it takes so long to get a coffee at this Starbucks! Always feels unclean as well.

Everytime I'm here lately, and it's been about three times in a row, I walk up to the counter, give an order, pay for it and then wait.
Each time, something is wrong with my order. The first time I ordered a large and they gave me a small. Okay, whatever, I guess I paid for a small and the person who took my order didn't listen.
The second time, same thing, same problem, I asked for a large and got a small.
This third time I asked for a bagel with my coffee, not heated, not cream cheese or butter. What do I get? A toasted bagel.
It's just these really small annoyances, just ask your employees to listen or read back the order or something? I'm tired of paying, frankly an obscene amount of money for a coffee, and it being slightly wrong each time.

Terrible customer service!!!!! Not from area went in to get a coffee for the drive home yesterday and Ordered a venti white mocha . Now I have been getting the same coffee for over 20 yrs ! Kid you not! I know just by picking it up if they did it correctly! I picked it up it was light so I know they basically gave me a grande and venti a cup! Which makes me mad!
I did not pay for a grande coffee! So I asked if they could correct it, The gentleman said he could put more milk in it and left me hanging and went on to do other things. When I asked the young lady there, she gave me a disgusted nod and then made me wait a few minutes before she Topped it off with some steam milk. Not one sorry from either of them! The girl never spoke to me ! Needless to say it was not worth the $6 bucks I paid for ! I love Starbucks but I am tired of these young kids with attitudes working there. You pay to much for coffee to have to deal with this ! Starbucks management you need to address this!!!!! Also what happen to the free coffee vouchers for next time when they screw up or make you wait etc!! That needs to come back! This will see how many unhappy customers you truly have a month !!!
